It sounds like you're going way too hard on stage. There's no reason to be out of breath or dizzy after a stage set. Take it slow up there. You don't have to bust out all the moves at once to put on a good show. Same with lap dances -- you don't need to go all out and do crazy acrobatic moves or even constantly be in motion. In fact, I'd say it's almost overwhelming to the customer if you're moving around the whole time. He can't admire your body or appreciate the lap dance if his focus is always moving around.

The key to stripping is going slow: slowly undress, slowly strike a pose, slowly switch positions, slowly go through your repertoire of moves. You want to drag out your interactions with customers to keep them back there as long as possible -- pepper in cuddles and conversation so you're not literally dancing the entire time. Not only is that better for you physically, it generally leads to more sales. A customer can only be grinded on so much before he can't take it anymore or worse. Even on stage, if you go slow, you can make eye contact and focus on the customers to help close the sale once you get off stage.

Yes I just watched the other girls and it seemed they were just popping on and off and grinding!!

Update though I had the most awful cold I woke up with so some of the dizziness could of been I was coming down with it!!!!!!!!

I agree with slow and what your saying it just seems like no one is doing that and I am in a clean upscale gentlemans club---- it's the girls they don't have business etiquette...

    Thank you!!

If the club allows it, bring a couple small snacks with you.

It could be that your not eating enough as often as you should. If your body is not used to all the extra movement you are doing that could be why. Also slowing down on stage and when giving dances could help you a lot to.

I sometimes experience dizzy moments at work, too, despite my fitness level and despite the fact that I don't drink alcohol and do drink plenty of water at work. I do not put on an intense stage show, either.

I believe mine to be a case of low glucose. I eat a complex carb before work (usually a couple of pieces of whole-wheat toast), which helps. I believe that if these dizzy moments happened more often, I'd be greatly helped by slamming a banana or other piece of fruit halfway through my shift. I stay away from better sources of carbs and longer-lasting snacks (such as mixed nuts) because they quickly give me gas (bloating and discomfort), especially when consumed on an empty or near-empty stomach.

I also recommend you start working out. Even if you have a good physique naturally you would probably benefit by weight training.

If you are dizzy and experiencing a cold it could be an ear infection.

As far as getting too tired from stage work, that will get better in time. When I first started dancing I thought I was in great shape. I'd bike 20-30 miles several times a week, and used my bike as my primary form of transportation. I was also a regular at a gym. I was still exhausted after my first few shifts and more sore than I had ever been from just exercise.

It took me about 6-10 shifts before I started feeling stronger. You just have to push through the first few weeks. Just keep going, it gets better.
