Default Is kissing customers a normal thing in Vegas?

Long story short I danced in Bakersfield , CA for a few years and I recently started dancing in Vegas.Since I've been here I've seen a few dancers kiss customers on the lips. One girl was even tongue kissing a customer. I don't try to look at other dancers when they are on the floor giving dances but sometimes I can't help but see it. I've had multiple customers attempt to kiss me after dancing but I always turn my head . I really hope I haven't hurt anyone's feelings.

No. When custies ask if they could kiss me, I tell them I personally don't like kissing and move on. They're grown men, they can get over it.

Yuk! Noooooo. You never know who has cold, flu, mono (form of herpes), cold sores (form of herpes), etc. all can be transmitted by kissing.

You kiss randoms on the lips just beware of the consequences-which could be permanent.

Ok, I'll fess up. I kiss customers, but only the ones I like. Like, if I'd kiss them on a date if we were not in the club. I do it because I like it. It isn't a money making tactic, I don't promise kissing to close the sale or anything like that.

Noooooo! It is not normal anywhere for dancers to kiss custies...its usually only the nasty ones who do. The only exception I can think of is a girl with a trusted regular who she knows well enough and has danced with for a long time.

If you don't mind getting oral herpes (cold sores) which 80% of the population already has, then have at it.

I worked at one club where this was a regular occurance but I haven't seen it anywhere else. I don't and wouldn't kiss a customer.

I did it once but like you I liked the guy AND I charged $500 AND I checked his face to make sure no active cold sore lesions.

Just be careful though OP, you could get sick - at the least catch cold or flu, at worst permanent herpes. Kissing randoms in the club is not something to take lightly. Plus don't want to give the customers the idea they can come in asking for kissing when thats really not in the job description.

ive never worked in vegas but kissing a customer would be so gross. even the ones i liked.. theres a time and a place for everything and a strip club is not a place for kissing or any other extracurricular activity

Beware. Kissing a person with no cold sores doesn't mean you wont get herpes. (herpes is Human Simplex Virus 1 aka HSV-1) This is because many times a person can shed the virus (google non-symptomatic virus shedding herpes) with no outwards symptoms. Where are they shedding it? Through their saliva, which can be present on their lips. In the case of genital herpes (HSV-2) they can shed it around the skin of their shaft, balls etc, but that's another discussion (and also why condoms don't protect 100% against genital herpes. Heck, that's why genital herpes spreads. If Ms./Mr. Hottie had sores, you would probably not have sex with them....) In any case for both herpes forms shedding is around 10% of the days.

Herpes is now linked to Alzheimer's. More and more research is coming out that links the two. In a nutshell, everybody with Alzheimer's has hsv-1 aka herpes 1 aka cold sores. But, not everybody with HSV-1/herpes 1/cold sores will get Alzheimer's. It all depends on if you inherited certain genes. If you have those genes AND have HERPES 1/cold sores, you will get Alzhiemer's. If you don't have those genes but have cold sores, then you'll just die of something else. For Alzheimer's, one of these genes is APO-E. There used to be a genetics test for that but it is no longer available to the public.

Think Alzheimer's is no big deal? Well, just wait until you get Alzheimer's at the age of 70, then aspirate (goes down the wrong pipe) some of your food while you are eating it. Then you'll get pneumonia and your lungs will fill up with fluid and your oxygen levels will go down and your CO2 levels will go up and then one day you will go to sleep and never wake up. This is how the majority of people with Alzheimer's dies. A good indication of whether or not you might have the gene is to think back to whether grandpa/grandma died of Alzheimer's. And if they ever had cold sores.

In short, you don't know which gene you have, and can't test for it, so why risk it by kissing customers?!!

read through medical journals and you'll see the loads of research on this in the recent years.
As a side note, the increase in throat cancer rates is linked to oral sex (like swallowing cum) so beware that too.

Trust me I have no intention of kissing of any customers. I just found it pretty weird that some girls were doing it. Who knows maybe the guys were just their boyfriends pretending to be customers either way it looks like something that shouldn't be done in the middle of a club.

Mono isn't a form of herpes. It's short for mononucleosis and it isn't related.

    Yes is is google it

There are several types of herpes. Epstein-Barr virus aka mononucleosis aka Mono is herpes type 4.

    http://www.herpes.com/epstein-barr-virus.html

When people say a vast majority of the population has herpes, that's what they mean. If you don't have herpes simplex (type 1 or 2) but you've most like been exposed to the other types of herpes like mono or chicken pox.

I'm almost positive I'm going to get Alzheimer's as it runs on both sides of my family.

The number one indicator that a person will develop Alzheimer's is inactivity in youth as well as later in life, not exposure to viruses.

euhh.. embarassing to say but i've done it before (never danced in Vegas) when I was a baby stripper and very unaware of what my personal boundaries were. If they are my favorite best regular (only one) I might give them a peck but I won't go full out make-out sesh. It is pretty gross though, I'll admit and I'd definitely never do it where other people can see...
