I've been escorting for about half a year now. When I first started I probably jumped in a little over my head in terms of clients. But I did adjust nicely IMO and been doing very well ever since. But one thing I guess you could say my mentor told me to do was always keep notes on your clients. She said you'd be surprised how easy it is to forget something important about somebody and that could really turn certain people off.
So what I did when I started was basically logging all my clients into excel. Things like there name, what they do, marital status, do they tip well, do they have any fetishes etc etc
About 15 different things I note about them and also the appointments that I make. So I could easily figure out how many times I've seen John Doe and easily read my notes on how the encounter went. Things he tells me during an appointment that I really don't care about but it really makes me look like I'm paying attention if i bring up them a month later. I.e. like "How did that vacation to the Bahamas end up going, wasn't it a few weeks ago".
I've done that a lot and my clients really are just kinda surprised I was paying attention. So I think it's really help me with relations.
Another thing I've done too is I classify the type of clients they are. Are they clients that simply want something quick and simply? Do they usually extend the appointment? So it allows me to easier schedule things. Last week I was busy all day taking care of some erons and had plans that night with friends. Well that fell through so I easily sorted some of my clients that are more along the lines of being guys who just want the quick booty. I knew who to call and I easily was able to set up something for that night. Doesn't always work but I don't think it would have happened as easily.
So i know that's kinda a long winded discussion but just think it's really came in handy considering the amount of clients I've had since doing this. Oh and of course it's always good for making negative comments to and clients you want to stay away from.
Does anybody keep some type of log/data base on there appointments and a way of organizing clientel?
