Basically, there are two main reasons anything that is considered obscene is banned on adult sites: local/country laws (you have to comply to all country laws you are broadcasting in), and payment processing companies. Simple.

Since it is mainly the payment processor that sets the terms, most companies have to abide by them. But in the case of local, state or country laws if the payment processor allowed it can by held liable too, no company wants to spend a fortune on lawyers.
Whether you are not found guilty or fined for it in your jurisdiction, what it cost you in lawyers if against the law where you reside is NOT worth it. It is video tape aka evidence that is put onto the world wide web.
Debating morals or limits or whatever is mute when payment processor with a team of lawyers does not allow it. If you find a site and payment processor that does, please make sure local laws do too. For me, the money is not worth the risk in the long run.

I have no idea. I'm on my period now but what I do is just cut the string. I don't play with my own blood or anything like that.
Got to know new concept of play.
