    Thumbs up hustling question ^_^

wellidontknowwho here and it's my first post!

so I've been dancing for two years on and off and I have decided it's time to step up my makeup and hustle game. so recently I read some reviews for my club to check complaints really to avoid whatever it is they complain about. one of the good reviews however was about this dancer (whom he named but I don't know) before I say though here's how my club works. 20$ no contact table dance, zebra room- private little booths 50$ for two dancer keeps 40$, 10 mins for 100$ dancer keeps 80$, 20 mins for 200$ dancer keeps 160$, and 30 mins for 300$ dancer keeps 240$. his review said something along the lines of "so and so states she doesn't do any dances less than 10 minutes but it was worth it!" now I see two ways this could go, pending she isn't offering extras and won't sell it for less than 80$. 1.) that's her hustle and is very confident and that guarantees a customer spends at least 100$ on you. 2.) it turns the customer off and away and says that's ridiculous to spend that much right away or states that's too much before I know what I'm getting; prove it first; what a scam; etc... I'm afraid to try this hustle and potentially lose a sale, but what if it works fantastically? what do you guys think?

I've actually been considering the same tactic. Playing the stuck up bitch who ONLY will do champagne rooms. I think it might work as long as you are super confident with it. The fact that you are portraying that you can be selective about what money you accept shows the customer that you are not desperate. You have bigger and better things to be doing other than giving a $20 dance. This makes you some how seem more desirable to to the customer I believe.

Lol this is my hustle and yes, it can work. In order to pull this off, you need to have a few circumstances right:

#1 You have to exude tons of confidence. Tons! Be Genghis fucking Khan in heels.
#2 You have to have a unique and conventionally desirable look that visually sets you apart from your competition. This hustle will most likely not work if there are a dozen other girls in your club who look like you/are more conventionally sexy than you.
#3 You have to have the right customer base. If it's slow, don't do this. This hustle only works well on busy nights when customers can actually see you repeatedly disappearing into the back.

Finally, do the math and figure out what really is the best hustle for your club and your energy level. Depending on the clientele, you could probably sell tons of 10 minutes/$100 with a solid tip, versus fewer of the 20/30 minute rooms with less chance of a good tip. I make the most money selling short VIPs and hustling for bigger tips that add up, versus selling fewer half hour VIPs with less chance of a tip.

I've done this on a smaller scale by refusing to do the cheapest dances available since it just wasn't worth my time to make half the amount per song for the same amount of effort simply due to less nudity. Some customers have put up a fuss, but I figure they'd put up a fuss in the back over something anyway, so I consider it worth the loss in sale.

In most cases, if you don't even bring up the option(s) you're not selling, the customer is none the wiser. If they are, just give them a line about how you only offer the best.

If you're going to do this though, in addition to being extremely confident in your product, you also have to stick with it. That means being okay with losing out on small sales because the customer in front of you doesn't want to spend your minimum. As soon as you start negotiating, you've lost the potential for the big sale right then or down the line, and future potential customers may see it and not believe the hustle when it's their turn. Kaninchen is right on the money that this is most effective when it's busy, but unless the vast majority of your club's clientele consists of one-off customers, consistency is going to be important.

Some girls at my club do this: they only offer VIPs rooms, no single dances. And they are gorgeous to boot. The thing about them is that they either make $XXXX or they leave with next to nothing. I usually don't offer $20 because that usually means the guy is cheap. But sometimes I offer $20 because the customer wants to take you for a test run and see if you'll be worth the investment for a VIP. I've gotten many good paying customers who start off with a $20 dance but end up going to the 30 min or one hour room because they had a lot of fun in the $20. $20 can be really easy to up sell and get a peak into his wallet, but of course, it could be a waste of time because the custie is a cheap loser.

Unless there's a shitty/broke crowd at my club, I don't suggest or even do the $20 dances. They're a waste of time that could otherwise be focused on more spendy customers.

Customers that approach asking for "a" dance are generally cheap asses. I'll usually say no and tell them they're "better off getting [insert more expensive room] because it's [insert reason]" These are hit or miss customers.

The more you try to sell your club's expensive rooms, the better you'll get at selling them.

^^ This. I know a woman at my club who only goes to VIP. She charges $600/hour, two hours minimum. When she goes on stage, she snubs the guys who come up to tip her in singles. She doesn't accept anything less than a $20, and shames them for being so broke they can't even afford a stage tip if they hesitate or refuse. She's an aggressive hustler, and the woman is made of confidence. Watching her work, you'd think there were no cheaper options available at the club. The way other dancers act selling floor dances is the way she acts selling her $1200 minimum + tip VIP deal. She either leaves with four digits of cash, or with nothing.

all dances in my club are 20 dollars, and we charge what ever we want for VIP.

I always tell customers i only do 2 or more dances, never just one. You buy 3 dances or more and i'll dancing in only my g-string.
