    So you know that booty shake all you ladies (both the tiny and big booty ones) do where it's like you're shaking your legs and that causes your upper thighs and butt cheeks to "tremble"?

    I see all the girls at my club do this all the time and I've tried to imitate it at home with and without heels on and it's a massive failure.

    I did try to google a tutorial, but no matter what search terms I use....all the results show twerking tutorials. And this is definitely not twerking. The knees don't have to be bent and the butt is not going up and down. It's more like a "tremble", like I said, or like you're making your cheeks vibrate lol

    Just keep practicing.

    its easier to do if you're on your toes/in heels, legs apart, and wiggle your upper thighs then the butt will jiggle as an after effect.

    Practice doing it in a g-string or very small fabric. Any panties or fabric on your ass will be restrictive and won't let you see the best effect.

    It also helps to have some booty meat. If you're very skinny with a small ass it's not going to look the same as someone with a massive donk.

    I hate to see a girl do it on her toes. Lol. Best way to explain via text is plant your feet firm on the ground,use your inner thighs to make everything move. You could even bend your knees just a little bit to get those thighs moving and add a lil bounce. I'm literally doing this while trying to explain to you! It's about the thighs (for me). Once you learn it,it'll become a habit.

    Practice practice practice like miss.a.p1600 said. Also, if you don't already, do lots of squats and weighted leg exercises to build up the muscle in that area. It helps to give you both bulk and control for doing all kinds of fancy things with your butt.

    You can also cheat by leaning against the pole, straightening your legs, and rotating them to cause your butt cheeks to clap together without using any muscle.

    Hahaha. Well I'm not sure about the size of your ass but I'm my experience, if you have a small ass, you gotta pull out all the tricks to get that ass shaking. And plus when you're in heels, you're technically on your toes anyways. I would think it would be harder to do with feet flat on the ground.

    Maybe I should clarify. Try it on the ball of your feet or flat on your feet and see what's easiest for you.

    Look in the mirror while your practicing cause what may feel right may look horrendous so always use mirror to practice. I like to watch twerkteam videos on Youtube but there are a lot of other ladies that are real good at it that you can watch to get some ideas from.

    The way i do it, it i have my feet flat, and i lock my knees. Move your knees in and out, do it slow at first until you figure it out, then move your knees in and out faster, keep you knees locked. Bam, shake that ass!

    This is almost exactly how I was going to describe how to do it. Arch your back, stick the booty out and think of rotating or twisting your knees/thighs in and out. I know lots of girls do it by twisting on the balls of their feet but that technique was harder for me to get.

    If you watch a girl with thigh tattoos do it the actual movement that's happening is easier to see.

    I have to do it on my toes, lol. But only a little bit. It helps to remember to just move your heels. Think like Dorothy in the wizard of oz. There's no place like home, there's no place like home. And like others said, arch your back. It looks awful when you don't, unless you have huge Miami size booty.

    I do it on my tip toes. It's the only way I can get that stuff to move back there. But I've seen girls able to completely isolate their thighs for the same effect.

    I read on here a girl post about pretending to put of a cigarette. Push down and twist.

    Thank you for your feedback, ladies! I've been practicing whenever I get a chance and I'm actually able to do it now (before I was just confounded by the movement). I have no incorporated it on stage yet because I still feel like it looks unnatural, awkward, etc. But I just need to keep practicing and get over it.

    it's actually all in the knees if i'm thinking of what you're thinking of. lay down on your back, put your legs up and turn your knees in and out, then do it fast. you can do it standing too. it bothered me so much learning cause when I saw girls do it, it looked like they were doing it with their ankles but really it's the knees.
