So I'm new, I'm going to start stripping when I go home in the summer and I was wondering how you guys pick your stage names? And if you use a different persona, voice or change the way you look a lot when you're on the job?

Just pick any name, it doesn't really matter that much. Personally, I like to use something that's real-sounding, short, and memorable. Real-sounding to limit the amount of "but what's your real name" questions, short to make it easier to say and for customers to remember, and memorable in the sense of not going by Anne because most customers will mix you up as Anna anyway.
I never changed my voice, but my persona and look were certainly different versions of myself. The real me is sarcastic and rocks a bun and sweats, but that's obviously not what customers want to pay for, so they get a bubbly girl in a dress. You're there to appeal to men, so change yourself accordingly.
The more mainstream you look and present yourself, the easier your life will be in the club. You can go for a darker, hardcore look and potentially still do well, but you'll be alienating a portion of the clientele right off the bat, so you'll have to work harder than a dancer with a blonde, girly look. You can obviously do whatever you want, but I'd recommend starting out mainstream and then slowly changing your look as you get to know the industry, the club, and the clientele. Right now, you have no idea what works and what doesn't, and it's not like you're stuck with whatever look you rock on your first shift.
And please don't go by Spooky. That should stay a joke because it is indeed a terrible stage name. There's nothing sexy about it, and from a practical stand point, you will get sick of being asked why you chose it before the end of your first shift.

Um Spooky is a TERRIBLE stage name. The only person who should be using that is Fox Mulder, and he's earned that right.
You're better off doing the mainstream thing as Shanna said. Obviously do whatever you like, but I can tell you as an ex goth that it's much easier now to make money with a mainstream appearance than a crazy one.

No on Spooky, pleaseI've always preferred realistic sounding names. Not to be an bitch, but it really prolongs each sale by having to correct drunk customers over and over on a long or unusual name. Oh, and please have a fake real name as well. Melissa is a good one, pretty common, and it makes them feel special.
