I'm in my mid 30s but look late 20s. I'm confident I could get hired at some of the smaller off the strip clubs like Glitter Gulch. This would be for short travel trips BTW. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I can't speak from experience because I've never worked at or been inside Glitter Gulch but my friend who is a Vegas native told me that's where strippers go to die lol.
If you still look in your 20's and your body is maintained, I would aim as high as you want when trying clubs.

If you look good, why not try out at all of em? You never know. You might get a later shift or something, but there's still money on those shifts. I'd also check out Cheetah's.
I can confirm that the gulch is indeed where strippers go to die. I've been there a handful of times about a year ago, just with friends when I was downtown and it was always fun but I can't imagine making much money there but it might be worth a shot. I do think it's cool how they actually enforce a no touching rule.
When I worked at rhino I feel like I saw a ton of girls who looked well over 30? They are all in great shape though with nice bodies and fake boobs and what not. If you really are in good shape I say you should just try for the better clubs.

I knew a girl that made $1400 on a shift at the glitter gultch so don't think it's a horrible club where ugly strippers, fatties, or the old ones work. There is money to be made there.

Mid-thirties dancers in Vegas are pretty common. Just find a club you'd like to work at and audition there. Have a handful in mind in case your first choice doesn't work out.
If you look great, then you look great. Nothing to worry about.
The only clubs I'd steer away from are clubs that use specific marketing to attract "young" women and the men who are looking for them. I've only ever seen a few clubs that really push the "young" thing, but even I wouldn't audition in one of those clubs, and I'm 27. It's just not my thing.
It seems to me that Vegas caters to a more mature look, anyway. Professional-looking makeup, perfect hair, larger breasts, intense hustle - all of these things make a dancer look and seem more "mature" (I don't mean older, necessarily, but we all know that those qualities don't make for a Lolita-type look).
