What's the pain level like? Do they apply numbing stuff? What does it feel like during and after?
I've been wanting to get mine done for years, and these are the only questions I don't have answers to.

its not too bad my lady put lidocane on my lips first i feel like botox was worse

It can be very painful. I will only get it done if there's numbing cream and novicaine. If you get it done, make sure the doctor uses at least numbing cream.

I've had a vertical labret, and three lip piercings, a septum piercing, a hood piercing, a bunch of other face and body piercings, and a ton of tattoos. Yet I feel this is probably much worse lol. How long does the pain last after the procedure? Does it feel kind of like you got punched in the mouth? lol

I think a lot has to do with the person who is the injector. The last time I had it it done it was extremely painful during and also painful afterward. It was also due to the person doing the injecting was a newbie. But I do remember now that the first time I got it, the doctor was very gentle so that helped. But she still had to give me tons of novocane. You've had a lot of piercings so the pain might not be bad for you. But since you're anticipating a lot of pain, you might tense up. And if you tense up, that could cause more pain. So for your first time, I would air on the side of caution and get the Lidocaine and novocane. Also, make sure before you make the appointment, that the doctor and you see eye to eye on this matter. Good luck!

Update! I had fillers done today. And it was the least painful it's ever been. I wanted you to know, Schiesse. But I still had a lot of Lidocane and a dental block.

Do you do more than one vial? I'm wanting 2 but will be going back for the second round

One vial in the lips. And one in the nasiolabal folds.
