I'm sorry, but I hear this same story line from every escort out there. It's a good sales gimmick, but I'm just not believing it. I have a degree from Harvard, and I dance on Broadway and I'm a rock star in "real" life. I'm just doing this for shits and giggles. C'mon lady, gimme a break.

I'm a masseuse not an escort, because I'm not willing to do the escort things (mostly unsafe sex) that these guys have come to expect.
Sexymadness please just stop.We all have our lanes in the adult industry & you've pretty much berated alot of ladies on this forum within your few posts on this thread.I'm a masseuse too but to society you are still a whore we all catch hell in this industry in one form or the other there is no one in this industry better than the other
.But this industry def is not for the faint of heart, majority of your clients will be attached & married men you just have to get used to it or quit the industry all together.I get it you're venting I don't think any of the ladies intentions was to make you feel attacked I think they were just being blunt & to the point.
I don't escort, I strip therefore I only swallow semen occasionally and it happens to be my BF's. I happen to not drink OR do drugs. I am paying for my degree right now and I actually can read being that I have a GPA of a 3.7 . I consider stripping a real job, though. Sorry you don't. It's highly apparent that you look down on girls that escort even though you yourself do it. It seems you are projecting your feelings onto us and you don't like that we don't feel the same way you do. I suggest you quit before you really hurt yourself.
Also, you could sue but lawsuits don't usually stand if it has to do with illegal activity. If she were to tarnish your reputation (defamation) in the prostitution world, that would not stand in a court of law because prostitution is illegal but good luck with that. Also, you would then lose your highly praised "real job" cause I mean lawsuits are public knowledge and they may not take too kindly to having a prostitute working amongst them. You may not want to be so assuming about others.

I don't understand why you're doing this if you're so stable in the real world? What is the point?

When did I insult you? You're the one who assumes I believe everything a man tells me. And wait, you're NOT an escort? Perhaps that's my bad for assuming you were. I think the majority of us were under the impression that you were an escort, which is why we (or at least I) felt compelled to be so direct. But then (with my bias) it sounds even more odd that you won't give a guy a sensual massage because he told you he's bringing his wife and kids on vacation. You probably don't have to talk much during your sessions, so it probably doesn't take much to get regulars. I wonder if that's why it is harder to turn off the emotional side, since you don't get as intimate (both physically and communication wise).
And no, I am not a liar. Withholding judgement is not easy and it takes effort. But I've seen and experienced enough things in my life to know that you can learn from any and everyone if you allow yourself. Also, my education and expertise is in mental health and you learn quickly that the best way to respond to someone telling you some crazy isht is to respond with curiosity, not judgement. There is also a degree of self-loathing involved with having to maintain a professional upbeat attitude when someone is telling you how and why they did horrible things to others or how they were subjected to horrible things. People hate feeling like they're compromising whatever beliefs they hold for many many reasons, it isn't limited to sexwork.

Very unfortunate that this thread took such an ugly turn. I did not delete or close the thread because I feel the subject is one we all deal with on some level. There are several useful replies and hopefully the thread stays on topic now without any further drama.
I appreciate the ladies who reported rather than getting sucked into the drama.

^^Speaking of Canadian donuts, the best donuts I've ever had in my life were Canadian. They take their donuts VERY seriously here.![]()

Um, well, I've NEVER had an issue sleeping with married men because I feel like it's not cheating if you're paying for it. Also, I'm having sex for money. Why should I get to be the morality police?
But anyway, I wanted to share a similar story: A client of mine was staying at Disney with his family, and he asked me to come to his hotel while his wife and kids were downstairs at the POOL. What if she and the kids decided to come up to the room for any reason, and I'm there?!?! With safety and discretion being my #1 concern, I politely declined.
