Most people are deficient in magnesium so it's not a bad idea to take it even if you don't have trouble sleeping. Magnesium citrate (there's like 5-6 different kinds of magnesium nutritional supplements) has the highest bioavailability so it's generally recommended. Epsom salt baths are pretty awesome for sleep as well. Put some lavender in that bitch and you'll be passed out in no time.
