    ^^Omg! I was just going to say that when I take kelp(either in tablets or slow-cooked in broth) that I seem to fall asleep quicker at night, I assumed it's the magnesium. I have that same spray but I always forget to use it.

    Most people are deficient in magnesium so it's not a bad idea to take it even if you don't have trouble sleeping. Magnesium citrate (there's like 5-6 different kinds of magnesium nutritional supplements) has the highest bioavailability so it's generally recommended. Epsom salt baths are pretty awesome for sleep as well. Put some lavender in that bitch and you'll be passed out in no time.
