Hey all! I've had almost a 4 yr break from stripping, but I want to go back. I've saved up some money from the vanilla job I just quit and am going to devote the next month to prepping physically and mentally...and relaxing.I am in decent shape (5' 4" and about 120 with 32C-D), but I want to tighten and tone (walking/jogging, crunches, squats, push ups), increase flexibility with yoga.
Also, what can I do to just get overall healthier skin and hair? I'm thinking sauna (love my gym),sleep lots, drink tons of water, cut out simple carbs, maybe start hyaluronic acid and grassfed gelatin. I have a few acne hyperpigmentation marks, but acne is under control now that I'm monitoring my reactive hypoglycemia. Any suggestions would be great. Looking for stripper boot camp tips I guess lol! Thanks, lovelies!

This totally cracked me up. I love goat's milk & cheese. My aunt credits goats milk from saving her from death as a child (she was a poor kid in a 3rd world country.) Goat's milk is gamey, goat cheese is delightful & not gamey at all (due to fermentation.)
