    The state of the industry is the result of unchecked capitalism. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. I call it Walmart economics.

    Not me! I prefer to be independent. It's much better to not be tied down to one club or not be able to travel and work and the money is better. Plus I make money so I dont need the minimum wage. I feel bad for the cocktailers and bartenders sometimes.

    No. The last thing I want to be is an employee. I run my life, rather than having an employer do it for me. If I wanted to be somebody's employee, I'd get a different job.

    This industry exists because of capitalism. A shift to socialism would put us all out of jobs. Higher taxes means less disposable income which means less to spend on luxuries like booze and strippers.

    It wasn't that long ago that strippers were paid to work ... and made money from private dances ... and were tipped ... and had to deal with so much less bullshit from management ... and from customers. What a novel idea.
