Default What browser do you use for camming?

I usually use chrome but I just bought a new laptop with windows 10 and now I am having problems with chrome. I installed chrome when I first got the pc a couple of weeks ago but I started having problems with chrome, so I uninstalled it and tried to install chrome again but I still can't get chrome to open. Anyone know how I can get chrome to working again?

Also what are some other good browsers to use while camming? I've had trouble with ie and ff while camming cause they would freeze!

Google Chrome is my favorite with Firefox as my second favorite. I also have Windows 10.

I've been a bit disappointed with the performance of my NEW laptop (wondering if it can even handle splitcamming...smh), so last night I went and closed out all that extra shit that was currently running on my computer by going into my task manager and clicking 'end task'. As soon as I did that and disabled my Webroot Secure Anywhere program for like a BRIEF 10 seconds (just to see what would happen), my computer was suddenly running smoothly. Then I immediately turned my Webroot program back on, and the computer kept running normally. I don't know, man. Lol. Sometimes I do that task manager thing, and it seems to make no improvement at all to how smoothly my computer runs.

When you're trying to open Chrome, are you clicking on the white Windows logo at the bottom left of the screen for it to open up the menu list? That's how Ive been opening Chrome, because sometimes when I try to open it by tapping/clicking from the main display screen, it sits there for too long and act like it doesn't wanna open.

Oddly I had the opposite experience in that Chrome wouldn't work at all until I updated to 10. I've been using it now most of the time except one or twice when it just flat refused to work so I went back to IE.

I use Chrome because it's the most convenient with bookmark management and I'm used to Chrome being synced on all my devices. It also runs the Lovense toy extension. I love the Google apps like Keep, Docs and Spreadsheets. I no longer need Excel or Word. What can I say, I'm a Google whore.

I do know that Microsoft Edge is pretty much garbage. IE would be my other choice of browser if Chrome decided to just stop functioning. Then Opera, Firefox and Safari. I've been fooling around with Citrio. It apparently speeds up downloads. Oh and I use Adblock for Youtube.

Edited to add: Don't use Citrio, they are using shady practices to gain your ad revenue. As well, they have an affiliate program but there is no information on compensation.

Also, all this time I thought Google invented Chrome. That's actually not the case, Google just took the original open source code from Chromium and customized it for their own use and now we have Chrome. I've decided to switch to Chromium 64 bit that way I can really customize all my privacy settings and I don't get any of the junk that Google automatically installs.

Everything you said about Chrome, especially the adblock. How did people live before adblocker? The extensions are great, it's just so bloody convenient. I wish it didn't feel the need to sync SO much. I have massive fear of all my vanilla FB friends getting requests to follow my work Twitter or something. I do what I can to keep my personal life on a separate device but it can be rough.

The anniversary edition screwed a lot of systems up. Like not supporting some webcams. Assholes. Anyway, it should be fixed now. Is it for you?

Just be careful when installing chromium. Make sure its from a reputable site thats one of the issue with totally opensource. If its a proper chromium install its great and quick. As Linux users use it alot.
