The great news- I'm pretty fit & strong. The bad news- my thigh muscles are so built up that the knees have wrinkles at the top from the muscle pushing down on the creases of skin.
It looks nice in the club at work (hourglass shape) but it's adding to my overall weight (which is a huge problem for getting booked at higher end clubs, they are very tough on weight limit rules.)
I got advice from someone who works out a lot but was wondering if anyone had ideas here. I know actors & actresses frequently lose a lot of weight & change body shape for roles so I figure if that's possible I can slim down my chicken thighs.
edit to add- I'm going to reduce dairy products out of my diet & see what happens.
