    Default De-Bloating Tips

What does everyone do to get rid of bloating? Right now it's period bloat (early!) I'm dealing with but I doesn't have to specifically be for that type of bloat.

i know that to eat a carrot daily is a way to get read off unwanted estrogen. but you have to eat everyday, 1 organic raw carrot. it has a fiber which removes estrogen from the body.you can google it.
also i notice that if i eat yogurt daily i dont get pms, bloating. but i buy local grassfed yogurt. chobani and etc will not perform as good as organic yogurt.

My PMS is way worse with dairy. I am trying to avoid dairy at all costs with maybe the occasional small amount of cheese. I am back to avoiding gluten as well and I feel a lot better. I'm actually trying to avoid breads (including whole grain wheat) in general, but I still get lots of fiber from fruit/veg/rice/beans. I've been so pushy about nutrient dense foods this month that my period has come a week early when I normally go months without one.

try to eat a carrot. i wish i can eat it, but sadly not now.
my friend who had problem with dairy products tried to drink raw milk, and full fat grass fed yogurt got amused how well he can tolerate it actually.
I found out that i have a reactive hypoglycemia a couple of days ago. i have been suffering for years i did not even knew ihad it. I felt so bad for years. i cut off in one day many foods, all ref carbs. I felt different intantly! like brain fog went off, fatigue, mood become better, i dont get tired at all. i have to eat like every hour thought.
I found couple of more suppliments maybe you want to check too one is bilberry, dandelion root.
ps:i cant eat rice so i did a cauliflower rice OMG it was so delish!

Do you have to eat the carrot alone? I actually hate the taste of carrots. I could mix it in a smoothie though unless you mean I need to eat it alone. Ooo yes I take dandelion and burdock root. Love those two. I looooove cauliflower I should get a bunch of frozen bags of it.

Drink lots of water, use dieuretic pills, massage tummy, and go on walks.

Pink himalayan sea salt water. I grind about a table spoon into 8 oz of water and microwave it. Make sure you you're near a toilet afterwards..!

Coffee. I hardly ever drink coffee, but when I do it is before my period. The caffeine is a diuretic and the coffee moves my bowels for some reason...relieves gas and bloat.

There are SO many things you can avoid bloating on an every day basis, it's insane!

Just generally looking after my body so that it will work how it should is an ongoing thing rather than attending to symptoms. A monthly colonic, daily use of probiotics, along with oxygen therapy, digestive enzymes, daily green juicing (including those carrots sometimes but not always as they are high in sugar), just off the top of my head. Oh and avoiding processed crap, unhealthy cooking methods such as microwaving, obviously!

Probiotics make me bloat. I've never owned a microwave because they scare the shit out of me.

So it turns out my massive blot was due to sugar and hormone/insulin issues. All fixed
