    Default Cat Allergy help

Hi , I'm staying somewhere with a cat and my body is out of whack. Claritin is working better than what I had before ( which made me so tired )!
Does anything really WORK for you ? Do those nose sprays work ?
Lim in high productivity mode so I can't do anything with any tiredness from the meds.

Nose sprays work for me. Afrin tastes like shit, but does the job and you don't need a script for it. My preferred on is Veramyst, but you need a script for that. I also am prescribed Singulair which helps me in general and helps with my asthma too.

I get a spray from Amazon, it contains horseradish & cayenne, it burns but works great. I've horrendous allergies. Large amts of Vit. C, also queceterin.

Am constantly getting allergies when our dog is let in from being outside, I've never gone through so much toilet paper and tissue in my life! Tried using the nasal sprays but, absolutely hate when the medicine lodges itself in my nose and the taste is awful. Given it would randomly happen I just ended up buying bogo on antihistamines stocking up before allergy season, strangely I never had this till I temporarily stayed with someone who had tons of cats.
