Long time lurker here. (Finally live alone again- I was weary about my family using my computer)
Anyway, I'm trying to get my inspiration back so I figured I'd post something in case you need it too.
Upon tons of research over about 7 years (and wasting tons of money) I figured we could post what works for us.
This Regimen REALLY worked for me and it wasn't too hard. (i'm lazy LOL)
Last year when I was on my
Bigger booty grind, I used:
1)Maca powder mixed with my protein shake (butt) everyday- sipping before a workout but gulping it down after the workout.
2)Saw palmetto (hips & thighs)
3)Derrimax oil I used really fattened me up too surprisingly. Gave me 2.5 inches in about 3 weeks. *UPDATE* Its back online on etsy.com & ebay. I ordered 3 bottles LOL. I aint playin this summer
Excercise Routine:
3 sets of donkey kicks (15,12,10)
3 sets squats "" with 30 pound weight
50 leg raises (stomach)
75 sit ups
I also saran wrapped my waist/stomach at night under a rubber waist trainer (really sweated out mostly water weight but I could totally see the difference)
Hair Regimen:
1) MSM
2)Biotin
3)Nioxin pills (sucks bc they don't make it anymore I think) But there are noteworthy replacements like Viviscal.
4)Silica
