I decided to name 3 things I am thankful for, whether big or small, first thing when I wake up everyday, each day being 3 different things than before.
I've been doing it for over a month now and it has honestly improved my overall well being because I am not dwelling on the negatives or things I can't change. Even on "bad" days, I still look for things that I am thankful for...like maybe a bomb ass pizza....so we should try this even if we are having a reaaallly bad day and watch your mood change, even just slightly....And when you are thankful, the world offers more...and it has for me so I felt like I had to share with you all. I work better, I bond better with friends and family, been having "good luck".....
I started doing this because negative energy becomes like a domino effect.... ever had one of those days where it seems like EVERYTHING is going wrong?? That is because when you harvest such negative emotions, it effects everything else. Energy is real folks.
When you name the 3 things, FEEL the gratitude, make it as vivid as possible. And after awhile if you can, report back to everyone about the changes you see in your life.
My 3 things today:
1. Made $750 last night on cam.
2. My AC works again (I live in Vegas heat)
3. A long lost friend contacted me.
I'm going to try my best to report back daily.
