    Smiley Summer 2016 Workout Challenge

Hey guys, I need motivation and to be held accountable for this. I'm going to try to work out twice a day for an hour each, but I will workout once a day, 4 days a week starting now. Would anyone like to join me? I'm not going to check my measurements and what not right now, but you are welcome to post your starting stats. Make sure you eat healthily as well! If it makes it easier for you you are welcome to post what you ate or your cheat meals etc.

I will workout for one hour four days a week.
My goal is to slim down before the end of May for a wedding I'm going to.
I will be attempting Shortcut to Shred with some modifications so I can do it at home with my own equipment. I don't know about the diet and supplements yet and will decide on if I'm following it that closely later.

Lets do it! I need to lose a weight and tone my body. ASAP
Now I'm 136 lbs but i need to be 123 lbs.
I'm exercising with fitnessblender on youtube, also i like to do pilates with efit30.
my main focus is my health, i have a reactive hypoglycemia.
I want to add more greens to my diet. But i eat already healthy.
    my supplements are:
    1)bilberry
2)Chromium Picolinate-helps with my blood sugar, and so far the best way to over come cravings for sweets.
    3)organic multivitamin complex
    4)B complex
    5)liver
plus i drink a dandelion root for a liver support.
    what i ate today.
6 am a cup of farmer's cheese, cup of green tea.
9 am a bowl of rolled oats with butter and goat milk,3 slices of rye bread.
    11am cheese, avocado
1 pm chicken breast with cauliflower rice.
i dont eat cheat meals. due to my condition i eat every 2 hours to keep my insulin down.

I saw cauliflower rice mentioned in another thread. I think I need to get some cauliflower this coming week and try it. It sounds really yummy

girl, its addictive in a good way. i eat it everyday for over a month, thats how good it is. i just pulse cauliflower in a food processor, after place it in frying pan, salt, black pepper. cook for 8 mins, done.

I did about 40 minutes of upper body focused exercises today and ate well minus the chips and salsa and a couple of dove chocolates

One thing I have started doing to wake myself up and squeeze in exercises is while the microwave is hearing baby food I'll squat or deadlifts or do lunges. I'm thinning I'll add jumping jacks and other exercises that involve jumping because those get my heart rate up so quickly

I'm in. Mine will be 2h workouts per day everyday. On days I don't have dance/workout classes or gym days I will go hiking instead.

I'm going to attempt to do no carb at all except for one day per week. And on the cheat day it still has to be a healthier option like black beans or brown rice. Insulin spikes are the devil

I'm willing! I start my first shift this week, and I'm overweight- 5'8 and 160 lbs. I'm usually 125-130, but this last year has been rough. Would love to slim my figure this summer, and maintain it! I've been working out daily since I was hired but I need to stay accountable.

I want to join because I love talking about my workouts but I don't have any actual goals or a regimen. I do have this though: there's a section where I run that took me 2 minutes and 45 seconds to get across when I timed it today, I would eventually like to be able to do it in 90 seconds. I don't know how long it will take but if it happens quicker than expected I'll lower the goal time more.

I'll join in. I really want to lose at least 50 lbs. I'm 197 give or take. I have 2 at home workout programs but my life has been so unstable with having to move one place to another, that I just couldn't squeeze in the time to start either of them. But now, I have no more excuses because we just moved into our own place so I will begin this journey after our vacation week. So June 1st. YAY!

I'm going to start with the 21 day fix. Now, the food part should be easier now that I have found Vega All in One which has 6 servings of veggies in it. I'm THAT picky one who doesn't eat veggies. I've always been that way. So I will use this to make healthy shakes to make up for my green containers.

I will post updates once I get started.

How's everyone doing in their workouts? I haven't gotten to day 2 yet. I'm going to go do that in about 2 hours. I did do a bunch of squats though.

After my first shift, I did not work out all week, I was so sore. Hoping to change that this week-but I jacked my leg up trying to do a pole trick. Go figure.

i hope you did a warm up before exercises.
I have been exercising everyday minimum 30 mins per day, i try to walk too. my weight does not change, but i feel good so I deal with it.
im in hope that now we have a season of fruits and veggies. i can eat more local veggies perhaps weightloss would be easier?plus im going to pick them myself on farms too.
also i got instantpot for cooking, and omg so easy, tasty foods i made. i even made yogurt out of 1 gallon of milk, after i made cheese from it so i can have cheese n whey protein cuz i drink it.

I've been doing good, I go running every couple days and do a home workout every couple days. I'm currently going to pilates class once a week because I'm pretty sick of driving to it 3x a week.

I'm happy because my stomach is looking more toned on cam. I mostly notice differences in my body on cam, I think I always look the same in the mirror.

So, I am going to start at least the work out part today. I shall be ordering my Vega One later this week for my shakes. And shopping for healthy foods. In the meantime, I'll portion control at least what I'm eating. Also will do baked instead of fried and NO fast food. Having half of what I would normally eat should at least be a good start until I get the stuff for making my shakes to make up for my green containers.

This should get very interesting. I'll add pictures and all that good stuff.

I need to join in! I was about to ask for personal trainer recommendations but honestly, I loathe being in the gym. I love doing things outside. But isn't it crazy that you can feel too fat to work out at the gym?! I'm not sure how much I should lose yet, because I want to keep some of my curves. I'm going to weigh myself and take measurements today. But I think I'd like to lose at least 30lbs. I'll keep you posted

I'm exercising everyday, eating healthy food(local veggies, meat, eggs, milk, yogurt),avoid sweets/alcohol, sleep ~8 hours a day, try to go sleep by 9 pm.
my goal is to loss 8 lbs, and tone up. i guess my body disagree on that or maybe muscles were way too lethargic))

I'm not doing this as daily as I wanted, but I'm still doing what I can. The shortcut to shred routines take me about 2 hours, so it's harder for me to fit them in. How are you guys doing?
