Default How to last through a long shift with lots of dancing without getting drunk??

So I started at a new (black-ish) club and tonight it's Friday I expect it to be poppin and so far I can tell the hustle is lots of dancing and high energy physically demanding. (It's worth it $$$$ and i love it there so going to another club is not an option)

a sure ire fire way for me to last all night is get drunk, or at least pretty tipsy but that's obviously not preferred.

So what are your stamina tips? I have a few too:

drink BCAA's - I got mine at gnc and they have a little energy enhancer in them that is hands down the only energy drink that I really like. I drink before and during the shift

get plenty of rest before and after

    I want more tips please!

my feet are bothering me especially. Not that usual "I can't wear heels no more" but it's something about my shoes. They are a cloud for the first few weeks and then I want to replace them. My nails dig into my skin. I had to clip off one nail today and it's like a blister-y type of open cut underneath so now I have an open wound on my toe. Great! I put hydrogen peroxide and am praying it will heal a little before tonight.

My shoes do that to me too if I let my feet get too hot and sweaty. I like to bring 2 pairs of shoes and switch them every few hours, and wearing socks or stockings helps. Taking them off during dances is great too.

Ooh! Be careful w/that toe! Please cover it w/some gauze & surgical tape, w/some pure aloe, so it can be protected against germs, yet can breathe.
    What's BCAA?
Ok, tips hmm how about some extra vitamin C? There's that powdered stuff you mix w/water, speaking of, be sure to drink enough, keep hydrated (not enough & you can get tired) Maybe bring some snacks too? I like nuts, but for a long shift I'd need to eat @ least a small meal or sandwich.
That's all I can think of for now

BCAA's is this new thing i discovered (well it's new for me) by watching fitness youtube channels. apparently if you drink it during or after a workout you don't get sore, or as sore. It really works for me. You can also just drink it during the day. It's branched chained amino acids.

I think it has something to do with helping protein being broken down by the body? don't quote me on that, but it gives me energy and makes me feel good and i don't do well with caffeinated energy drinks or the like. Mine is from gnc and has energy in it but i don't get jittery at all. It's a powder you put in water.

I used to change my shoes during the shift and take them off in VIP. Mine get so stinky it's embarassing...

Last night I got drunk-ish, which is still my only proven method to last. I made $$$ but am feeling it today and the amount of shifts I work, I really can't do that to my body.

Oh and I also started drinking hydrating supplements, stuff that has like magnesium and potassium etc in it. Good for hangovers lol.

Gelatinized maca root helps me stay awake and energized. It tastes like shit, so I put it in gelatin capsules. It makes some people super horny though, just a heads up. I drink electrolyte water and take potassium and magnesium supplements. Magnesium supplements can make you hypocalcemic though, so I take a calcium/d3 supplement as well. Bromelain is allegedly good for inflammation and swelling, so I've been trying that out.
