So just found out I'm pregnant with my second, my first child I had as a teenager and he is 8 years old. I kept slim and fit through my first pregnancy and my tummy bounced back (except for stretch marks on one side, whatever ). I'm determined to be even more fit this time around and really work in my abs..easier delivery and faster recovery. Yesterday I did heel grabs, reach throughs, bicycle crunches, and planks. My muscles are killing me.i have a 30 pound weight, any good tummy exercises you can do with that? I want to work for as long as possible in the club til I start showing, and get back asap..I just really value my financial independence and I think this will help keep me sane.
So, yeah any advice or stories or anything at all, I don't have a great support network IRL
