Does anyone here want to try a splits challenge with me?
There are 30 day and 90 day split challenges online but honestly, I do not think that is a very realistic amount of time to get flexible enough for the splits, so I will try for 6 months.
I used to be pretty flexible and could do the splits, but after years of not doing any stretches or anything, I have lost a lot of my flexibility and can no longer do them.
I am going to start out trying Blogilates 30 day split challenge stretches, will come back every 30-90 days and update on my results.
Anyone else want to work on getting flexible with me?![]()
