Those are the big 10 that can really trip up an entry level employee. Master those and you can keep your job and move up in the business. Can I tell you how angry I get when people don't show up to work on time? Or how much more angry I get when I am told a meeting starts at 10:00 only to have it start at 11:00? If a customer does that to me, I will swallow my anger and try to make the sale. If a supplier does that, chances are they will not be a supplier for long. If an employee does that, he or she better have a very good explanation unless he wants to take a pay cut to unemployment.

I'd propose that managing body language is a hard skill to learn. Like, how do you pretend to be really into a customer when really you are just repulsed on the inside? Not as easy as you might think...

Although I am mostly on time for events and meeting, Being on time requires effort for me - Especially if its something I'd rather not do or somewhere I really don't want to be.

I'd be willing to bet the price of a VIP that Zofia desires honesty and integrity in both her employees, and suppliers.

Lastly, I'm curious where this "easel of wisdom" was displayed. My initial thoughts were in a Little League locker room, but the symol on the bottom would seem to suggest a real estate sales team, or a home building company. I'm almost thinking the later, unless company doesn't think honesty and integrity is an important trait for real estate agents. In the case of home builder, these 10 "items" can best be summed up as:" Work hard, care about the work you do, and do it our way"(re: being coachable). Wouldn't initialtve, or being a self starter also belong on that list ?

    Minnow,

I didn't make this list. If I find out who did, I'll forward your comments/concerns to him or her.
