Oh, I'd like to mention that I live in Ontario, where prostitution is entirely legal. Things that aren't: bawdy houses, living off avails, solicitation in public manner, etc.
Well if they are as pimp-y as they sound and they're unorganized then it's totally possible they are living of avails or committing some crime if one were to dig deep enough. Just because you signed some bogus contract does not mean you should be forced to work when you don't want to. You're still an independent contractor and can chose your hours and your clients. You may need to talk to a lawyer about that contract. This "agency" may not be able to punish you legally for breaking their shady contract but they may try street justice. Just be careful and move out of the area if you need to.
“Cook for him like a housewife, fuck him good like a nympho….pay the rent and the car note, he invests in me like crypto”
Thank you *so* much for your reply. I agree- I think their bullshit contract has nothing on me, but I am worried about street justice.. Not necessarily violence, but maybe petty fake negative reviews, shit-talking, etc.. Reputation issues.
They operate in the largest city here, so I may need to lay low and look for smaller areas for now..
I appreciate your reply. <3

1. Yes, it was a dumb decision to do this. Dumb as hell.
2. It's time to break free
You need to tell them that you're no longer interested in working.
They cannot force you to commit to a sex for pay contract - that is sex slavery. I don't
know a lawyer that will represent them in court with a straight face - legal or not.
I could be wrong. From now on you need to record every single conversation (both phone and email)
you have with them. Don't do anything with it until you've consulted a lawyer.
If an agency is ever "pimpy", it means run. you need to run away from these people as fast as you can.
Minnesporno is in Canada - you should pm her and see if she has some advice. I think she's had to deal with a similar situation before.

I've never heard of any agency taking 50% of earnings, while still making you pay for your own transportation. I'm so sorry you're in this situation!
I'm pretty sure I work in the same city as you.. I could PM you if you'd like.

Apples and oranges, US law vs Canada, but a non-compete clause is largely unenforceable in any jurisdiction. The only times I have heard of it in my business is when someone was PAID to not work, say for a two year period. (And they were happy to be paid to go to the beach!) Keeping clients you met through them likely will bother them, so be careful for a while. Since you'll be keeping all your money, you can afford to be selective. Good luck!

Regarding how clients treat you, since right now working for them is your only option -
Learn to grow a backbone! I'm very submissive and a people pleaser so I had to grow one too, it's not an insult.
Take your time between meetings so you are in the proper head space. If that means you run late or see fewer clients, blame it on the support staff to your client or on primping whichever makes you comfortable. If you are rushed you cannot provide good service.
Learn to say no. Just because support staff says something doesn't mean it's true and let the client know. It is fair to apologize to him on behalf of the organization but you can make it clear that you were misrepresented. This will bring such peace to your sessions, boundaries are very important, and includes the possibility of putting your foot down or possibly negotiating. Say for example you only want four clients and they send over a fifth, tell the client they're been a mistake but you'll see what you can do, call the staff and negotiate the split down or turn him away and tell the staff it is their problem. This autonomy is good practice for being an independent because then you negotiate with yourself.
For time, set am alarm with just enough time left over for the client to clean up and go or for you to get ready to leave. This has saved me countless times as it breaks everything up without you directly having to tell him anything but "oh no that's the time!" And possibly trying to negotiate an extension.
Being independent can be difficult as you are in charge so this will all be great practice to develop good habits when you get your chance to leave them. Good luck!
So if you want to be with me
With these things there’s no telling
We just have to wait and see
But I’d rather be working for a paycheck
Than waiting to win the lottery
Besides maybe this time is different
I mean I really think you like me
