    Default Birthday hustle

My birthday is Sunday and I'm debating on whether or not I should make a thing out of it or not. I don't like to drink at work so birthday drinks are out. I also generally avoid having conversions about my age because I'm turning 36 and I hate getting caught up in wasting time talking about it because customers inevitably freak out about it (in the good way, thank god). But i would like the opportunity to use it to make more money. I know the DJ and staff will play it up because they love me and i love them back. I've worked birthdays before but have never quite figured out how to use it to my advantage. Any thoughts?

I've never done it myself, but I see girls do it all the time (I swear there's some that turn 21 or 29 every few months). They mostly just seem to get stage tips for it... They wear those sashes that say "birthday bitch" and such on them, so that might help you play it up.

Happy birthday by the way Mine is Monday, yay Geminis!

Most of the girls I've seen make bank on their birthdays either had regulars or had worked at the club for several years, which is almost the same thing. That said, the most successful birthday hustle I've seen was actually a passive one. The birthday girl came in with carafes that had hand doodled signs on them saying things like "<Stage name>'s Birthday tips!" Or birthday lap dance fund or things like that. She put them up at the bar and scattered a few around the tables in the section of the club she preferred working, and carried another one with her to her stages/dances/hustles. The static ones, she tied balloons to and generally dazzled them up.

She didn't dance much, but she did drink a lot, which let her keep an eye on her tip jars so she could empty them every so often. When she was away, a couple waitresses and a manager were in charge of periodically emptying the into a bucket behind the bar and making sure some random customer didn't suddenly think the tips were his. Otherwise, she laughed a lot, got drunk for a few hours, and let people drop money into the jars.

The "so and so's birthday lap dance fund" jar by far did the best. The others were full of ones and some fives. The "lap dance fund" one was full of twenties.

Maybe do a doubles stage show? You as the birthday girl getting a lapdance from another super hot dancer as a birthday present?

These are all great ideas! Thanks guys! I'm thinking of pretending that I'm turning 30 instead of 36, that might make conversions more fun and it's kind of a big deal age that can be fun. Definitely doing the jar thing.

Although I'll have to have one jar to carry around because I doubt management would go for it, and we have some shady ass bitches who would help themselves to my money.

The way I played it up was I texted all my customers let them know it's my BDAY X day but that I was celebrating all week and then when the week was up, I was celebrating all month. They would join me for my bday "party" which was always in the VIP room and I would ask for an extragent "gift" as in a tip at the end of the time in private. I would also meet new customers and run the same game.. "It's my bday.. We have to celebrate. Let's go to VIP!!" No matter how long they stayed, I asked for my bday gift "but it's my bdayyyyyyy" if they weren't so forthcoming with the funds lol. Good luck !
