Hey girls! Was hoping someone might know how to help out.
Ever since I started dancing I've been having the most terrible pain in my calves. It's on the sides and only hurts when I'm squatting or trying to get up from floor work. Other than that it's fine. I've tried seemingly everything: Epsom salt baths, heat pads, meds, even holistic solutions. It makes it so hard to dance sometimes so I just want it gone!
Any suggestions will help I'm getting desperate![]()
