My (ex)club has a poker chip system. The customer buys a dance 'chip' to get a dance.
I have worked here, 6 weeksish. The bartender is the keeper of the chips on slow days, there's a person who sits in the dance room on Friday & Saturday nights. We cash in our chips, pay house fee, & tip out to the manager at the end of the night.
I regularly forget 1-2 chips, and cash them in the next time I come in. It's usually nbd.
Last night, the manager wasn't having it. He refused to exchange them, because I had 'already gotten my money on Saturday'. Yes I did, but not for these two chips. Two chips is $40 for me, $10 for the club. They take $5 from every dance. He said the the girl in the dance room gave me all the money for the chips, and he wasn't giving me any more. I said there's no way she would take my word on how much I'm owed. That's not a thing.
I argued with him, said I wasn't leaving until I got all of my money. Some dancer got in
my face and said said I shouldn't talk to him like that. I found out later, that was his gf. I wasn't talking to him in a rude way, yet. I argue with cunt 1, saying this isn't her business, she's needs to get out. Her friend cunt 2, also gets in my face. I don't remember what she said, it doesn't matter anyway.
The manager told cunt 1 & 2 to go to the bar.
I gave up eventually, and was escorted out by the dj and floor guy. (All of us are walked out at the end of the night.)
Cunt 1 & 2 were waiting in the darkness. They were talking shit and followed us halfway to the car. One of them swung at me, so I dropped my stuff and was ready to fight her. Cunt 2 disappeared- I heard later that she ran in to tell the manager to turn the cameras off.
It didn't turn into some big brawl. She went in after awhile talking shit the whole way.
I have a black eye from her bs.
My question is, can I sue any of them for assault? How can I get my money?
