Default Staying healthy when strip dancing

I'm a pretty healthy person. I eat really healthy, workout everyday, do yoga, supplements, hot baths, burn sage, a complicated skin care routine. I also drink small amounts of alcohol. try to read, drink tons of water and get plenty of sleep. But when I hit the road dancing many of my habits seem to go out he window completely. Any suggestion to stay on a healthy path? Any books, websites, workout websites, inspirational sites, elixirs, lotions, teas to help me stay on track. I'm hitting the road this Sunday. Thanks in advance.

Just don't have to many night shifts at once. Sleep deprivation is a number one issue for me. Day sleep cannt really compensate for night sleep.
Also you will need joint supplements -like vitamin C and collagen complex, because of many hours on heels will affect your knees, neck etc

Thank you! This helps because I didn't think I should make sure I'm getting enough vitamin c. And sleep is a good reminder. Sometimes I feel as though I don't need it.

Lay off the alcohol /cigs at work and drink a ton of water cause it's so easy to get dehydrated dancing. Pack your own food to take, take-out is unhealthy and expensive for the most part. If you can, space out your shifts so you can re fuel. Lots of sleep..
Another mistake I made was trashing my body w heavy cheap makeup that clogged my pores, big acrylic nails that ruined my real ones, constant bleach and hair straightening which fried my natural hair, fake lashes every night which tore out my real ones, putting perfume on my neck and chest (big no no, the alcohol dries it out bad), etc. tanning is another thing that ruins your skin. I guess just try and make sure you look glam without it messing up your skin hair and nails too much. Avoid clubs that allow smoking cause that second hand cloud is killer on your skin.
Dancing , esp if you do pole work, is great exercise you just gotta keep yourself fueled w healthy stuff and avoid the party lifestyle that so often goes w it

Good multivitamins with more b-12 for energy, and taking vitamin c daily improved my immune system a lot. I also have a better body and a clear head when I ate unprocessed foods, more protein and vegetables and less carbs. I cut out sugar drinks and only drank water/coffee...save the alcohol for work. Taking melatonin helped me fall asleep but its better in moderation. Try to stay on the same sleep schedule, if you work late nights all the time, don't wake up early in the morning more than once or twice a week bc it throws your body off.

I do take supplements and melatonin. But I have to try to transfer my healthy eating habits when I go out of town. When I dance in a small town, I found it easy to get off track. Because there aren't many food options in small towns.

I was already a bit bad yesterday with flying and not sleeping a night. I had a bagel, which I don't eat lately because it's too fattening. And I had a healthy dinner. But a piece of cake with ice cream for dessert. And I was too tired to workout yesterday from travelling a whole day. And no gym. But I'm going to a town with a gym across the street today. But I guess I could've utilized an online workout site yesterday. My bad!

Here are some health tips that you can use :
Use plank to tighten and tone. Tone bum with squats. Try pilates.
Start the day with porridge. Include cinnamon in the diet. Make sure to incorporate protein in the diet, especially in the evening. Wheatgrass is also good to keep the immune system strong.
