I'm a pretty healthy person. I eat really healthy, workout everyday, do yoga, supplements, hot baths, burn sage, a complicated skin care routine. I also drink small amounts of alcohol. try to read, drink tons of water and get plenty of sleep. But when I hit the road dancing many of my habits seem to go out he window completely. Any suggestion to stay on a healthy path? Any books, websites, workout websites, inspirational sites, elixirs, lotions, teas to help me stay on track. I'm hitting the road this Sunday.
