For my interview as a cocktail waitress I was told I have to sell an expensive bottle such as Crystal or Dom Perignon
I'm assuming there is a special way to do this??
Does anyone have a fail safe technique? Or any really helpful tips? (besides assuming the sale)
Especially anyway to work around the price? I actually don't think the bottles are too expensive, but I'm assuming they are hard to sell
I've read that some champagne girls are "extra girls"
but im hoping thats not what the manager meant by selling a bottle to him and the GM? Its a well known club in midtown
although you never know...I just don't want to make a fool of myself
