Default How much is it worth for you to come in when a regular asks if you're working??

Let me preface it by saying I know there's lots of factors at play including what you're doing, how you're feeling, how much notice given, how busy the club is, who the regular is(as in how much of HA), and of course how much to expect. I'm talking moreso on a typical average night. I'd like to think I'm a pretty good regular who respects her boundaries, her time, and tries to make sure she's having fun too.

Now down to the $$. I'm good to drop 350 in about 40 mins worth of chatting and dancing, which I know is nowhere near whale status but wanted you ladies' take on how you view some of your regulars and what not necessarily makes a great night but can maybe start a good one.

I would come in for 350, that starts me out at 250 profit and if I still have the majority of the shift to make money that sounds like a great deal. I don't usually give my number out (very rare because it seems to always back fire) so I like this to be talked about in person, the customer telling me which night they will be there. When this gets set up, and the guy actually comes in, it's almost always a start to an awesome night for me.

You sound like one of the good ones

I work in a local out of the way go go bar, so I would come in if i was guaranteed $150 on top of my house fees ($15 & $10 to dj). It only costs me about $4 in gas to get there and back. I don't work often anymore. I'm partially retired, you could say. So if my regular wants me to come in, I usually do. For reference the average per shift at my little club is $150-300.

Honestly I love knowing there's any amount of guaranteed money waiting for me. As long as it's not a day that's known for being horribly slow, I'll probably just come in and work a full shift. I generally won't schedule to do that unless I'll take a minimum of $200 after fees AND have plenty of time left to make more.

Some girls will come in, see the guy, and go home. I don't do that since I live wayyyy too far. That accounted for + my need to turn it into a full shift also means that I won't rearrange outside plans or agree to a Monday night meeting.

Uhm, yes. I would be very happy with that. I had a customer who started off at 350-400 for an hour. Well then it started to turn into 350-400 for the WHOLE night. Then it turned into 250-300 for the whole night and I had to say something. Just don't be that guy. I'd would say even for a couple of hours, 350-400 would be good. But not, for the entire night.

I'll come in for $1000 or at least two hours in the VIP.

To Monroe1922's point, I want to keep my favorite, and spend time with her when I'm at the club, but I want it to be fair to her, and to me as well. In our first visit, we did a few dances. Another time we would do 15 minutes for $150, then another time 30 minutes VIP for $400, then another time an hour VIP for $700. Finally in our last time we did two hours VIP for $1,400 (plus I have to pay $200 bottle fee for each of those hours). I cannot, and wouldn't want to sustain that.

How do I taper down to a level that works for both? Do I start to slow down and test the waters, or should I just be open about it and ask her what works for her? She told me once her nightly goal is $300. I want to visit once per month, and would personally be comfortable doing one hour with her VIP ($700), and then I'd like her to sit with me at a table or the stage, for another 3 or even 4 hours (a long time, I know), for maybe another $300. That's $1,000 for probably 5 hours of time... but she typically works a 5 hour shift anyway, and is happy to walk away with $300. Plus the added benefit of hanging with someone that she seemingly at least enjoys some conversation with, and that she doesn't have to worry is going to try to stick his fingers in her asshole like she has to worry about with a new guy... right? Opinions on how to get what I'm looking for without turning her away? (Part of me thinks she would be a little bit crazy to walk away, and I would just need to find someone else.)

Todd, if VIP is $700 she is not getting ALL of that. Do you absolutely have to do VIP? Like would you be fine with giving her the full amount to sit with you for a few hours? $1000 all for herself, I don't think she would say no.

I agree with arielbriel. That's what one of my guys would do. He came in once a month, was doing the VIP. Then we decided to just stay on the floor because I wasn't getting the full amount. But if VIP were a must, I would say $500 for my 3-4 hours with you to make up for it a little.

She does receive the full $700, it has all been explained to me. There is an additional $200 bottle fee that goes to the club. Either way though, your points are still taken and well-received.

So if you're normally spending $1200, give her that. I'm assuming you really don't even want that bottle for $200 right ?

I don't normally spend $1,200 on her. I mentioned above, but roughly speaking my first four visits were $150, then $400, then $700 then $1,400. By this last visit I knew that number was unsustainable, but also much more than she ever expects to make in a night (goal is $300), so I guess I was curious to see how other dancers thought I could get that number down to hopefully sub $1,000, maybe even $800. That is a number I could handle once a month, maybe twice some months (I'm not local, I fly in), but also a number where she can feel it's worth spending 4-5 hours with me. An easy $800 instead of hustling to hope for $300.

Yes. That is good. But just remember her "goal" is $300. A lot of girls shoot for that number because it is pretty average and manageable. But if she's anything like me, the real goal, is to go beyond the "goal"

So tell her you want 4 hours for $800. Is that ok? Simple.

I agree with the above comments.

Explain that you will not be able to sustain your previous expenditures and $800 for four hours of her time is more in line with your budget. Ask if this works for her. (which shows respect for your business relationship).

I bet she'll appreciate receiving a set amount once a month. There is value in that.

DON'T just "test the waters" to see what she will do or say. It's uncomfortable for both of you. She'll think that you're getting cheap, losing interest, playing games, etc. When a customer did this to me, I actually asked "am I being demoted?"

Thanks for the ideas ladies. I gave it a go last night and can report that it was my most enjoyable trip in quite some time. This time around I opted out of just talking about the idea, point blank, and instead kind of just went with the flow.

The night went thusly: After a few lap dances with some usuals, I was spotted and approached by my favorite. We hung out somewhere between 1-2 hours (I lose track of time in that blessed money pit). We mixed in a few lap dances during that time. I broke off for a bit to find a couple others, then met back up with her about an hour later. Turns out we both did about six dances in that time, only I paid while she charged.

To this point there has been no mention of VIP, other than me mentioning that I wanted to "spend some time" with her later in the evening. I suspect that since we were already technically spending time, she knew what I meant. She is extremely non-salesy/pushy with me; I don't want to abuse that.

We hung out again at a table, off to the side, for probably another two hours and then. I asked her to whip out her best sales pitch on me, because I've never heard it before, so I was curious Despite my normal rules of never asking for a dance, I broke that rule with her way back on visit #1 because, well, she just kind of gets to me that way. Her pitch was cute, but needs work. I'm an easy sale though.

We proceeded to an awesome one hour VIP, and wrapped up our night. I first gave the $700 for the VIP, and then went to hand her an additional $400 for the three unpaid lap dances from the beginning of the night, and for the other 3-4 hours of hanging out. It was just an arbitrary number I came up with. She seemed surprised, and refused the money, indicating that she enjoyed our time hanging out, and in my opinion from a salesperson point of view, making sure to solidify the investment but encouraging me to remember what a great, non-pushy and reasonable dancer she is.

I would insist, however, leaving her with $1,100 total, and me a great memory of probably my best trip yet.
