Dizzy First time working in an urban club.. Advice needed

So I'm definitely not new to stripping. I've been through tons of upscale clubs but I've decided to try something a little more upbeat. Not to mention, I love being on stage and doing pole work more. I have the look to work in an urban club so I thought I'd give it a go and I officially start next week when I travel out of town. However, there are some things that I kinda wonder about after visiting a few to check out..

    1. I noticed girls don't really create a conversation in order to build up for a lap dance. Is it literally a "you want a dance" type of thing?

    2. Is it required that you have to go on stage with another girl? It seems like there's always at least 2 girls on stage.

    3. Do you have to have more of hustle at an urban club than an upscale club?
Any other tips or advice you may have, I'd greatly appreciate it!

At night it's definitely more of a fast hustle. Super sexy spur of the moment high pressure sales tactics. those are better at night anyways when it's busy in most clubs. Daytime is more regulars long hustle.

    No idea that club specific

Ehh, there are sharks in both. I guess urban clubs are just rougher/more upfront about it sometimes.

A lot of girls think urban is a lot of work, but honestly to me its not. In my club it really isn't that much of a hustle most days....small talk followed by TELLING them let's get some dances OR just dancing infront them. I literally just move from custy to custy shaking my ass. Lol. To me,urban is better bc I just be myself and have fun while making money. Just be yourself but be in party mode! Far as 2 girls dancing,I go on stage alone...every now and then I'll see a few girls team up who have been working there for awhile. I wish I would've started in urban to get my hustle game strong.

In my opinion the difference between upscale & urban clubs is that upscale is like mentally draining and urban is physically draining. You need better hustle skills in upscale because it's way more talking. Urban it's all just dancing and very little talking. I think most clubs let you go on stage alone and it's up to the dancers if they wanna pair up on stage.

Urban clubs can be fun but I just get too tired dancing that much lol I would rather do more talking.

This's an interesting thread! I've thought of trying an urban club, but feel like maybe I'm too thin? I do have a butt tho.
Also, my pole/stage/dance skills aren't that great

Urban clubs aren't a "harder" hustle per se, it's just a different hustle. Literally, just walk around and shake your ass on guys. I personally have a lot of trouble with this type of hustle. If it's slower, make a bit of conversation, but again for the most part these guys are here for ass shaking.

One tip I would give is to be nice to everyone. Urban customers can be aggressive/rude at times. If someone pisses you off, just smile and walk away. You never know who knows who. Urban clubs (especially the more popular ones in the city) tend to be very clique-ish. i.e. There is a small group of guys who consistently throw money on girls week after week. If they like you, you become one of their favorites and will be invited to their booth. Piss one of them off and you can be out of the "group." Not to say that you can't still make money, but cliques in the urban club environment are very real.

I would try it! My club has a few slim/thin ladies and they do well! They don't do pole tricks.

I've been thinking about trying out an urban club. I work at a mixed club. It's just a really crappy club now tbh. Anyway the black men that come into my club are either broke/cheap, want my number/to date, or pimps. I want to give an urban club a try but I keep picturing all of the customers being like that.

I worked at 1 for a short while and 90% customers were black and they spent crazy amounts of money in cash!. It was very tiring tho, I was happy to go back to mostly talking upscale club. It was fun tho and a nice mental break but my body ached from all the dancing.

OMFG so true! I don't work at an urban club, but I have noticed that there's one group of guys who consistently come in and make it fucking tsunami but only on certain girls.
