    Default Adobe Flash Encoder?

    Hey All

Hopefully someone can help me out. The other day, I tried to stream with the SM Broadcaster (downloaded new version) but people were saying my video was really glitchy and I sounded like a robot! I want to cam tonight, so I have downloaded the Abode Flash Encoder but no idea what my settings need to be in order to stream well? Things like frame rate, Input size etc confuse the hell out of me.

Also, will I need to select 'External Encoder' to start my stream? Don't really like the idea of not being able to see myself all in one window...I can see myself twice in the Encoder, is this normal?

Sorry, if my questions seem dumb, still a newbie figuring things out. Thanks xx
