I'm a bit of a vitamin lover & recently have been trying to better balance my intake. I wanted to know what all you ladies take daily on the vitamin/supplement front?
Bonus points if you know of a good skin, hair, & nails supplement as I'm in the market for one.
I'll start:
Biotin 10,000mcg
Women's one a day
d-mannose 1400mg
cranberry 500mg
sam-e 400mg
iron 65mg
