    I am also in full process of ditching the bread, for this week. In the last 2 weeks I made a habit of adding a salad to every meal except breakfast. Now that it got into my routine and got used to it, I am taking the next step of giving up on bread.
    Next step is giving up on sugar (I mean, reducing it).

    Yes! Ditch bread. I stopped eating bread 4 weeks ago. Sweet you're adding in that salad! So weird: so much sugar in food without extra added sugar. You know cause you used MyFitnessPal. I've been posting in the "what did you eat" thread. I'll follow your progress if you post there & support. It takes a village haha

    I think OMAD is too harsh. I love IF because 16:8 is something doable long term. Personally, I can't cope much with food restriction, with hunger. I do 16:8, when I sleep more it turns into an 18:6 but in my eating window I eat whatever I want, high carb usually, 2 meals and a snack. I only try to keep the calorie intake around 1600. And it's working great.

    I am 10 lbs away from my goal. At my goal I will still be overweight but I have to stop there as I already lost half my boobs. Not being obese anymore is a great accomplishment for me. I'm feeling my bones again, LOL!

    Try doing 16:8. We naturally fast 8-12 hours as we sleep. And please don't go below 1200 cal. I did that in the past and I've got ill. I know everyone is different but if you work out you might be able to lose with 1500-1600 cal.

    I agree wholeheartedly that 16:8 is ideal. I've been IF this way for about a year in addition to the indoor cycling I engaged in regularly as a Spinning instructor (calories were 3,000 a day). I just started the calorie restriction about 4 weeks ago to lose weight as I gained due to a lack of regular training on the bike.

    Bottom line: IF 16:8 is healthy & sustainable for me.

    Congrats on your loss! That takes discipline. I hear you on body composition (I have no ass & boobs at my weight LOL.)

    I have a big ass, doesn't want to leave me. But my boobs...they didn't love me enough to stay.

    Oh lord, I know what I'm having tonight, Marina!

    Re fasting: I think there is a sweet spot for everyone. OMAD is too extreme for most people, especially if you are physical in your job or do a lot of exercise.
    I find a 5 hour eating window is perfect for me, with a longer one at weekends. But this is because I'm an an evening eater, and also a hobbit. If I have breakfast, the floodgates open and I just can't stop (I want elevenses and second breakfast too. ). So I prefer to leave eating until the late afternoon. But everyone's different, and some of us do great on a big breakfast.

    Are you making your own chicken nuggets? Your mention of Chic File A reminded me of a dish I've been wanting to put back on my truck. French Fry Sundaes. This time I'm gonna use waffle fries. It's the bomb dot com. People gave me the side eye when I started making them, but It's a regular request.

    Side note: I hate when restaurants fail to mention that their fries are seasoned fries. Those aren't the same. I don't like those.

    The nuggets are not Hoemade but Hoe baked. Chic Fil A gave me a lot of their package sauces that I never use them all so they add up. I just counted 25 package of sauces in different flavors

    I LOVE make up... got some new blushes and ended up using a bit much but I love it. These Sonia brushes only available at Target are so good. Highly recommend them.

    I'm on edge this week so I'm not holding anything back.

    I want to address men that never grabbed, groped or assaulted women: it doesn't make you great or good. Just makes you normal. That's how normal people behave. You don't get a gold medal for doing the bare minimum.

    That's like a he ones who are like I TAKE CARE OF MY KIDS!!! So many will say that like it's a selling point. Well you made those kids and that makes them yours. Taking care of them is what you're supposed to do.

    ^^I concur, cutest shit I've ever seen. I've been doing yoga off and on since college and even took it at University. I have an online subscription which I utilize when meditation isn't enough. That video made me smile and now my chest is super warm. THANKS!!!

    I feel at peace. I made goal on SM already and I'm on til 6pm. And I'm only $33 from weekly goal. This week on SM has been pretty rough. The technical issues created some anxiety, but I was already stressed as I took a week vacation and needed to make goal.

    What's on my mind right now is gratitude. I'm so very thankful to all the men I've engaged in shows with who not only have been respectful, but have made making goals possible. Thank you Universe. Good looking out.
