I think OMAD is too harsh. I love IF because 16:8 is something doable long term. Personally, I can't cope much with food restriction, with hunger. I do 16:8, when I sleep more it turns into an 18:6 but in my eating window I eat whatever I want, high carb usually, 2 meals and a snack. I only try to keep the calorie intake around 1600. And it's working great.
I am 10 lbs away from my goal. At my goal I will still be overweight but I have to stop there as I already lost half my boobs. Not being obese anymore is a great accomplishment for me. I'm feeling my bones again, LOL!
