    Question The Official iWantClips Thread

    Hello everybody!

    We've been away for awhile but wanted to make sure we made a fresh new thread to see our most recent developments and everything iWantClips related.

    The iWantClips Customer Experience Team takes pride in answering any and all of your questions/concerns you may have. Please feel free to share your thoughts on things you like and don't like. Your feedback is important; especially when it comes to your overall user experience. If you find any features or functionalities that you see need any improvement(s) or simply something that has not been working for you, we are all ears.

    Thank you for your time and feedback. This is what allows iWantClips to evolve and meet its user's needs and expectations.

    Announcement: Revamped Twitter Functionality and User Interface


    After 45 days of investigation and multiple failed attempts, the Twitter functionality is now fully operational which also includes a totally revamped user interface. We want to stress to every Store and Studio of iWantClips that our development team never stops working on issues that come in. We work through them until they are remedied. If you happen to report something, even site suggestions or feedback, our iWantClips Customer Experience Team takes and logs every bit of it into devoted channels for our Development Team to analyze, prioritize and execute actions for. It's extremely important to us that you are heard and your ideas are implemented. The iWantClips Development Team and Customer Experience Team would like to thank you for your time, participation, and most of all patience with our site issues, in-particular Twitter. Your feedback was invaluable in solving this problem.

    Please note: There are 200 Model Twitter accounts on iWantClips that need to be updated. If your tweets are not going out, please assume that you are one the 200 that need to simply reconnect your Twitter to the IWC platform by going to your Social Media Tab.

    Yes ma'am, Erotica is still a category. Also, we only require one valid form of ID; state or government issued ID with a photo or current Military ID. We hope this helps!

    Can't believe you removed the pre-roll after fighting for it like you did. After all it was the reason I started disliking what you did, altering producer's videos without a warning, putting your branding on my clips. What happened? You really defended it vigorously in terms of piracy control and a benefit to IWC, thus to all the models, in terms of advertising.

    This week I have sent 2 emails about my check from July that I have not yet received (it probably got lost in the mail) and I haven't heard back from the customer service yet. I usually get an answer pretty quickly so I'm a bit worried. What should I do?

    We apologize you haven’t heard back in a couple days about your July check. We aim to have a response to Stores/Studios in 24 hours or less though sometimes responses may take 48 hours.

    Does IWC have analytics built into the site? How do you know how many hits your clips are getting and where the traffic is coming from?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us on StripperWeb!

    We have updated our international payouts and would like to give you a few details on it! If you would like to visit your Payouts Tab in your own time you may visit your, “Payout Policy Page” link in your Payouts Tab within your IWC account.

    Here is a quick snap shot of the changes made for international payouts:

    Payoneer and emailed checks will be available as payout options starting Wednesday September 28th.

    International Wiring Updates

    The new minimum amount per wire is $1,000.
    The first wire each month is free if the $1,000 minimum has been met.

    Emailed Checks
    We will no longer be physically mailing out international checks.

    Print the check, sign the back and deposit it at the preferred banking institution.
    Instructions will be attached to the check for further clarification.
    It has been recommended to use the mobile deposit feature of one's bank (if available to deposit emailed checks).

    Payoneer
    Payoneer is coming soon as an option for payouts. If one selects Payoneer as a payout method, there will be a link to connect with us. Within this link one can either:
    Register for a new Payoneer account.
    Or can login to an existing Payoneer account to complete the connection process.
    If a model/studio is considering choosing Payoneer as a payout method, we encourage them to create an account now so they can be approved by Payoneer ahead of time. Be aware that Payoneer has their own approval process and the earlier an account is created, the more time one can save when receiving payments. The payout processing time through Payoneer may take up to 5 business days. However, once successfully processed there will be no additional waiting time. Funds are usually delivered to your accounts within 2 hours.

    We understand it’s an excellent tool to have to track your visitors!

    In the mean time, we are focusing on revamping our payout methods and options, contests and promotions as well as getting ready to release iWantPhone.

    We offer emailed checks that you can deposit straight from your home to your bank account!

    Default Important Update on Payout Options

    To all international models,

    There were recently some changes to payout options that were announced on September 26th. We wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of the new changes by email as well.

    The following changes to the payout policies went into effect Friday September 30th 11:59PM EST:

    International Wiring Updates


    The first wire each month is free if a $1,000 minimum has been met.
    Wires less than the amount of $1,000 will incur a $50 fee.
    There is an option under express pay to have your payouts withheld until you reach this $1,000 minimum.
    Any additional wires per month will also incur a fee of $50.
    If a wire is requested to be sent in USD, there will be a $10 fee per wire (applicable to all wires).
    Please note we will not process a payout with a fee unless directed to do so. We will hold all wires under $1,000 until you acknowledge this email and tell us to process your payout.

    Are you partnered with payoneer for global bank transfer, or for the card only? I do not think UK banks will accept printed cheques lol, they have enough difficulty with paper USD cheques as it is!

    Thank you for your question. Currently, we are only connected to Payoneer for the card only. The global bank transfer functionality is something we hope to have in the future.     Can someone please explain to me what it means?
    It means that I will get $ in my bank account as usual converted into € currency or not?
    How would benefit me to have that option on?

    (I'm going to receive a payout soon and could wait to see if there will be any difference in the conversion rate or something, but I already lose quite a bit with getting streamate payout so I'd rather avoid it)
