I really wonder whether they actually go out of their way to get permission/rights for the content they use -- gay porn, background music, fx assets. I feel? Like as if I notice a lot of stealing, but just assume they (top 100 producers) are probably doing the right thing.

I'm at this stage and I know where to look, and I know for a fact that a lot of the stuff I saw or heard was commercial. Guess if I'm making dozens of highly produced and well selling hypno vids this year paying $200 for licensing and again for the FX I can't make myself is totally fine as a business expense.

It's theoretically fine as long as no one looks, but just how one might fear having their PayPal account reported, it'd give me extreme existential dread to think that someone could or would report dozens of unauthorized music/content uses in my PPV vids, at which point a recording label would wanna fuhk me, especially since there might be promo posts which also have the assets in them, and are associated to porn.

I no longer use music because several sites I sell on will flag your videos for any music so I avoid the issue by just not using any.

I notice that quite a lot of producers on Iwantclips make mesmerize/goon/mind-fuck content.

I myself got myself a new green screen to make some, and know how to make the necessary effects. Anyways, I researched popular topics and the best selling videos, and I noticed that a lot of different girls will very often use the same stock footage in their hypno videos, to the extent that I will extremely frequently recognize them in their trailers like "Ah yes, here's that one shiny tunnel made up of metallic rings with a colored glow effect again" or "here's that LED? wall effect with a purple wave over it", or "here's that same melting clock again". Let's not forget the matrix-binary-code... thing. Sometimes recolored, or not.

Anyways, maybe they're just tropes of the genre

What really stands out to me is the fact that a surprisingly large amount of people are using THE SAME matrix-tunnel / clock / whatever, when there are hundreds of options for presets or stock footage on Shutterstock/Adobe. It's really quite unusual and really makes me quite curious whether they have some sort of asset sharing going on / are with the same producer / use the same stock footage company / software effect preset ? I just thought I'd throw it out there, because I'm genuinely curious lol

I'm not talking about re-using stock footage you have already bought mind you. It's just funny to me that so many people would have bought the exact same stuff.

I'm so excited to hear you have a green screen and are going to be creating some new content!

Indeed, as justsometwat stated, many Artists make use of free royalty-free sites in which to obtain videos/music/images from for use in their content. If I had to guess, this would be why many Artists have the same or similar uses of videos/music/images in their content.

To address your second post, all Artists must upload content they own the rights to. If you see another Artist has stolen or is using the copyrighted work of another, please report this right away so the team can investigate further: [email protected]. Do include the exact links to both the Artist clip and the link to where the original work (that was stolen) is found.

Most likely they were able to find it for "free". Some sites have royalty free videos/music so I'm sure they are using those. I know some are royalty free for non-commercial work but there's nothing stopping you from using them unless the owner actually finds their work in your videos. Doesn't make it right, but that's probably the easiest explanation.


The issues of non-compliant videos - I reported a studio with raceplay humiliation and nothing was done about it. Most of her content is black/muslim humiliation. It's not likes she is hiding it, it's all out in the open so I'm surprised she is allowed to keep doing this.

I'm not trying to kink shame or whatever but it is super frustrating when some do not follow the rules but others have to. I'd rather not have iwc go down and lose their payment processor because some people feel like their above the rules.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'm so sorry to hear that something you reported may not have been taken down properly.

If you would be able to DM me on here, I will be happy to ensure this content is re-reviewed. We certainly do not want to have an environment in which some Artists must follow the rules while others do not. All Artists must follow our Terms of Use and, as you stated, this is especially important in ensuring Visa/Mastercard remain available as payment methods on the site.

I wanted to kindly chime in and let you know that you can use music in your content on IWC, provided you own the rights to it. There are some funky jams (some of it is just down-right hilarious but there are some good picks on there as well) on royalty-free pages to pick from. So, if you ever did want to include this in your content on IWC, you certainly can.

Still hoping to hear that the messaging will been updated to allow audio files. It's been a couple years since I was told IWC may be adding the feature. I love to answer my best clients in a voice clip instead of typing. I've been making them into videos but it's time consuming and annoying.

Would also love to be able to attach pdf files to messages.

Yeah, I'm liking this site a lot! I remember the first time I went to this page to set my custom video prices ($10/minute), I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have it to where you will actually get to cash out that amount you selected...because they have the customer pay extra. Nice!

So for a 5-minute vid ($10/minute) I am indeed going to be able to cash out that entire $50...since he's paying $70. I love it!

Thank you so much for your inquiry on the ability to upload audio files within the IWC messaging center.

IWC is always working to add new features to the site that benefit both Artists and customers alike. Due to the coding complexity of certain features, some may take a little longer to complete than others. However, I have spoken to the team and can confirm that uploading audio files (specifically MP3 files) and PDFs to the messaging center will be rolled out in the future. Unfortunately, there is not a set timeframe, however, I can assure you it is definitely on the list.

Additionally, I would like to add that I completely agree with you and think that uploading PDF files and audios to the messaging center would absolutely be beneficial to us Artists. I am very much looking forward to this and am sharing in the excitement!

I’d like to first start out by saying congratulations on creating an iWantClips account and welcome!


To clarify, iWantPhone is a feature of iWantClips, however, you do not need to upload any content to iWantClips in order to use iWantPhone. To use iWantPhone, all you need to do is login to your iWantClips account then click on the “Phone” tab that is located on your Artist Dashboard. That is where you will set up your phone Store, upload your phone lines/listings, and turn your phone lines ON/OFF.


You can essentially ignore what the site is telling you for iWantClips, as that is for if you want to open a clip store to sell content. If you do create content, such as audios, having an iWantClips store is great as a tool to use for traffic to your iWantPhone profile. You can even create custom audios with iWantCustomClips (just select “Audio Only” for the category).

I completely understand your frustrations, but unfortunately a few categories had to be removed from IWC as well as many categories renamed. As Spemily briefly mentioned, this was to ensure the site remained compliant with the current standards that have been set by Visa/Mastercard.


IWC does their best to give Artists as much creative freedom as possible within the guidelines they are given, and they appreciate the understanding of the community.

Unfortunately, many crypto wallets don't want our money either. It's the same situation it's always been. Sites and services start out being tolerant of us and then gradually freeze us out as they become more successful. Many crypto wallets rely on being able to process credit cards in order to turn fiat currency into crypto and rely on banks in the other direction. Being paid in crypto isn't any use at all if customers can't turn their paychecks into crypto and we can't turn our crypto into rent money.
