yes..... holiday season is stripper season imo
Depends where you are. Not everywhere is slow. You need to know where to do. It's always the busy season somewhere.
No not always. The club here I made more during summer than I did other seasons. Many factors but one big one is most dancers are off their hustle busy tanning and vacationing and partying and this to me is prime time for racking up dough.

In the south, yes. In the northeast, it's a little better (and that's both from what I've heard and from dancing up north myself). There are also places scattered around the country where strip clubs are high in demand during the summer (i.e. certain urban clubs, cities with casinos or summer conventions, cities thay are hit with horrid winter snowfalls, baseball cities, etc)

NY and Nj are slow during the summer idk bout the rest of the north east.

It might be slow season but I don't think thats a reason to stay out of the strip clubs altogether. My club is slow right now but I'm still making money and just reminding myself that it picks back up in the fall. Plus maybe slow season is a good time to start dancing anyway because it gives you some time to get good at hustling before the club gets busy again.

It's slow here in CT and RI. I've been bouncing from club to club for 2 months. It sucks up here!

RI and CT used to be good in Summer time. I know the South East sucks.

Summer sucks in most places. It is generally slow. I know Chicago is decent during summer - lots of conventions and nice whether. I've heard decent things about Atlantic City but idk for sure.
Also, it's baseball season and in cities where there's a decent fan base, clubs close to the ball parks can be lucrative on game days & nights.
Other than that, nah.

you'll still make money! slow isn't impossible. It just feels to me like guys spend a lot in Nov/Dec.
Very slow in NYC July and August. June wasn't so bad for me thankfully.
For me it sure has been. Can't wait for fall and winter $$$

Depending on where you are, you might be okay to audition now that it's August. I know Dallas is starting to pick up a little right now. If you'd come in a month ago, you would've won the lottery if you got hired. Now though, things are starting to go back to "normal." Things'll die down a bit again in September, but after that, it's full speed ahead until June.
In Phoenix, though, you'd be just shy of crazy to gamble on traveling for an audition right now. For that area, you're better off waiting for October for things to for sure be good to go again, and even then, that area's season is only really solid through April. So yeah, depends largely on the area of the country you're in whether it's a good idea to travel for an audition or not right now.
From what I've seen, everywhere dies on holidays. But the few girls who show up *usually* (definitely not always, but usually) can make solid bank on the few guys who come in. It's a gamble, though, and for me, I'd rather celebrate the holiday than sit around waiting for a Mr. Moneybags to come in, assuming such a guy ever does. If he doesn't, I've waisted a holiday. If he does and I'm not there, I figure I can make that money back later on my own time.

In my personal experience, mid-september and early october it starts to pick up and stay pretty consistent until about late march and early april. I always used the summer time to travel to larger cities like new orleans because their slow season is pretty average and is considered a decent night where im from.
