So I'm 5'5 & I'm almost at my goal weight (in the 130s) and I'm losing excess fat everywhere but my love handle region (upper highs are also slow going but I can see progress unlike love handle area). Just wtf, I hate them! Right now I do 30-45 minutes of cardio a day by swimming or power walking and then I do simple muscle building exercises with my 30 pound weight like squats, weighted donkey kicks, stuff like that a few times per week. Im just looking to tone and speed metabolism up. I literally cannot eat any less without crossing into the unhealthy region.
I'm also broke as shit from having to temporarily quit the club so I can't afford yoga classes, personal trainers, or even a gym membership right now.
Anything I can do for that area or hints on getting in good shape without spending a lotta money?
