    Thumbs down love handles hanging on for dear life

    So I'm 5'5 & I'm almost at my goal weight (in the 130s) and I'm losing excess fat everywhere but my love handle region (upper highs are also slow going but I can see progress unlike love handle area). Just wtf, I hate them! Right now I do 30-45 minutes of cardio a day by swimming or power walking and then I do simple muscle building exercises with my 30 pound weight like squats, weighted donkey kicks, stuff like that a few times per week. Im just looking to tone and speed metabolism up. I literally cannot eat any less without crossing into the unhealthy region.
    I'm also broke as shit from having to temporarily quit the club so I can't afford yoga classes, personal trainers, or even a gym membership right now.
    Anything I can do for that area or hints on getting in good shape without spending a lotta money?

    We're the same size. (Except my goal weight is 120, and I'm super lazy. Lol). Are you eating healthy foods, opposed to small amount of junk food? You can get free yoga on YouTube and free apps. Yoga helps in ways you wouldn't think possible in the seemingly small amount you do. I've noticed a change, and I'm trying to get into a yoga routine.
    If customers are still going to be handsy, I'm keeping both layers of thongs securely in place, thankyouverymuch.

    Just wear looser clothing. No one gives a sh*t about love handles lol. When I wear clothes tighter in the waist I notice my love handles and muffin tops. It's all about the fit of your clothes. I like the Empire waist tops that showcase your boobs and are flowy and loose around the stomach / waist area.

    If it really bothers you that much just maintain a healthy diet, reduce stress, and use kettle bells to do a sort of standing side crunch

    Yes I eat super healthy. basmati rice , garden salads, home made plain yogurt, blueberries, the works.
    Do you recommend anybody on YouTube in particular? If I had hips the love handles wouldn't matter but they look kinda funny when you're straight up and down lol, even tho nobody sees me but me/SO I'm just trying to make improvements in my life cause I got depressed for so long

    I feel ya, and applaud your diet discipline.
    I get bored with yoga... And all exercise in general.. easily so I search for beginner yoga and do whatever looks interesting.

    You probably just have hip dips. I have them and I thought they were love handles.

    The only thing that makes my stomach fat and love handles go away is eating literally no carbs for days in a row. The minute I eat carbs again, it's back. It must be part bloat in that case.

    ^allergy, or does bread just do that to people? I'm on mostly a fruit/veggie/meat /low fat dairy diet and it's really helping, but man do I miss my breads !

    Yeah I'm pretty sure I have allergies to gluten/most breads, corn, dairy (especially liquid dairy), and added sugar. Because all of them bloat me. I really should be living off fruits and vegetables TBH, but it's hard.

    Low fat diet. Also run daily to keep your bowel business.um...moving. keeps tummy flat appearing....
