Default Best way to move within the state?

    Hey everyone,

I didn't really know where to post a question like this, so here I am. What's the best way to move within California? I'm moving from NorCal to SoCal with furniture for a studio apartment. No one can help me on my move out date. Some ideas I've thought of are to rent a truck, hire movers to load the truck at my current studio in NorCal, drive the truck myself with my car attached, and hire movers to help me unload in SoCal. I'm kinda scared to do this because I've never driven a truck and it'll be even more difficult with my car attached. Plus I'd have to drive in the right lane the whole time down the 5. The other option is to hire movers for the whole process. I got an online quote of $1750, which is kinda a lot. Or my ex boyfriend said he'll help me, but he can only help me on his day off, which is before my move in date. I didn't really want to move out sooner than needed, because I wanted to work over the weekend, and say bye to friends and family. I'd probably make an amount similar to $1750, maybe more, if I worked Friday and Saturday. Ideas? Thoughts? Thanks for your input!

    Have you heard about Pods?
They bring the moving pod to your place...you pack at your leisure.
Then, they move it to your new place.
I've moved over 20 times, even cross country, twice.
Luckily I found great movers in socal, that also store my stuff.
But, if they ever go out of business,

    I will use this company.
Please, for the love of God, .. Don't drive a truck alone.55fffc6c123be7355bdad3f3ad337946.jpg
