I know this question has probably been asked a lot, but.....
I've heard mixed reviews on Wix. Google has it against their TOS for adult industry stuff. I'm not a fan of Wordpress. I've seen some girls use tumblr as well as their main website?

This question ends up being confusing because there is a difference between a hosted blog, a host, and the content management system (CMS) you use on your host. *grins*
So....my question back to you is the best at doing what? The best at being free? The best CMS? What qualifications are you looking for?
I use Dreamhost to run my Wordpress site so I don't have to worry about TOS stuff that way.
Tumblr is a hosted blog. I mainly use it to drive traffic to my main website since they are sneaky and won't allow you to link out with their tagging system to a lot of porn sites so it makes it harder to sell things on it. I also use other types of free hosted sites to drive traffic back to my homesite as well. (Such as image hosting)
There is also Model Centro which is a company I have nothing but good things to say about. They focus mostly on paid membership sites.
I use Servage.net to host my site. They are cool with adult content.

Yes, everything JAC said. I use Dreamhost for a lot of reasons. They're adult industry friendly, they have free whois protection (a must in this job), they're really good, and they have lots of features. They don't currently have a website builder for if you don't like wordpress, but they announced recently that they're working on adding one to their services. They do have one-click installs of CMS and blogging softwares.
If you end up going with Dreamhost, there's a link in my signature that gives you $50 off your first year of hosting.
If you're not into CMS software though, you might be better off either using tumblr as your main site (beware of restrictions on links though) or get a ModelCentro site. Also, head over to Industry Insight and check out the IndieBill thread. They're new but look like they could be good. I think they build and host the site for free in exchange for a small cut of your payments through your site, just like ModelCentro but with a smaller cut (which makes me wonder how long they'll be in business lol)
Good luck!
Thanks for the input everyone. I'm not so much a fan of Wordpress, so I was thinking of something like Wix or escort designs or something like that.
Can I ask why you are not a fan of wordpress?
