    Default Cheap gown option

    Hey girls,

I'm supposed to work at a gown club in the next while. I've worked at one before but just for a week or two, so I only have one gown.

I really hate gowns and working at clubs that require them. So I don't really wanna spend a bunch of money on a gown until I know that I will spend more than a week or two at this new club.

I'll also be crossing the border and don't really want to have anything on me that screams stripper.

Do you guys think this dress would work? Maybe spruced up with some jewelry or a belt or something?

Yea, I don't see why not..I'm like you, not a huge gown fan. I mean some are really pretty & all, but I don't have a 'onesie' body, (smaller on top).
Those look nice, similar to what I've seen on some stripper wear sites.
I also have a nice longer formal-ish skirt, & a fancy separate top I plan to use

Yeah, I guess it's always possible to get a separate bottom and top eh? Hadn't given that much thought. My biggest concern is that my boobs aren't like they used to be and until I decide if I'm going through with augmentation, I need some extra support on top. Most stripper gowns I see don't provide that and something I could wear a bra under would be ideal.

Where will you be working that you need a gown btw ?

Well, no where in particular, but if I decide to travel/work @ gown place, I'm ready. I also have one I got from a cheapie store near me, I'd have to dress it up w/a fancy belt or something.
They have those adhesive bras too, and/or you could sew in some cups

Those are cute. What site is that?
If customers are still going to be handsy, I'm keeping both layers of thongs securely in place, thankyouverymuch.

It's from a company based in Greece and does most of its business through facebook. I live in Greece and getting things delivered here internationally costs a shit ton and I live in a tiny little house without an address so the mail always gets lost.

Have you tried a thrift store? You sometimes find things with the store tags still on them.

Yep, I go to 'em all the time..however, certain things are harder to come by there, i.e. purses, dresses, shoes. You can sometimes find something, but in those categories it's much more difficult.
Edit, she's in a small town in Greece, so not sure how many resale/thrifts are out there.
    Pokey, how's the snakes?

Just grab a thrift Store prom dress & alter it later. Ten bucks & voila...a work gown. The one you posted looks nice too...

Thanks for all the advice. Thrift stores aren't a thing here and neither is prom. But I ordered this dress and another one that had kind of a bikini top top. Fingers crossed they fit when they get here or are at least alterable.
