Default Nervous, not the best dancer

Hi I am 5 feet 4 inches, African American, slender with a c cup and been told that i am very pretty live in south east virginia in the hampton roads area in norfolk virginia. So i was hoping that being cuite, might get me in the door but their is one issue; i cant really dance, at least not all that well. I really want to be a dancer more than anything, i love dancing but im just not that good at it. I currently do not have a job but i do have a savings which is running low so i really need the money, which is why i havnt been in to the club to audition.i didnt want to go in their and look like a fool wjo cant dance on stage and never get hired their EVER because i sucked so bad and have ppl laugh at me. I really want to work at cheetahs in va beach, my sister used to work their and she made really good tips.
I took 5 pole classes to get a feel for the pole and i only know about 4 spins, but transitions im not so good atl, but i can move my hips in a sexy way and can twerk a little. But is ok or not good dancing gonna get me the job at auditions. Plus im not sure if they are hiring or not, should i call or just go in and ask. I heard that clubs are always hiring but is that really true, i hope it is because i heard that its dancer season but if i cant dance that well do i have a chance? Any of you can message me if you want as well

You will become better as you practice. Nobody is good at first. You'll develop your own routine as you go. Call the club and see if they are hiring. Just make sure you have a good attitude when you go in there. Good attitude will take you far.

I just started dancing in SF and I must agree with LoveyDovey, you will learn how to work that pole when you're dancing and making money and you'll learn pretty fast too. Don't be nervous though. You'll be more than fine. Always remember to stretch too lol.

Oh man, I thought I knew how to dance. I used to go-go, obviously not the same, and I'm decent going to a dance club with friends, but dang, I had my audition last week and nothing could have prepared me lol. It's one thing to be dancing with friends, but then having to put a bunch of sexy moves together? Yikes! Lol I didn't really have a set routine or anything, I just went with whatever I thought at the time, but I can definitely say that a good attitude really saved me. I was just smiling the whole time and having a blast, and the guys seemed to love it. They were surpringly kind, knowing it was my first time up. I think if you look like you're having a great time, that more than makes up for a lack of experience. Have fun and don't be too hard on yourself!
