I am surprised everyone saying it is illegal???
Thankyou for the info!!!! I am definitely going to end up doing it

It is considered a Hazardous material & it is illegal to sell & ship dirty panties in the U.S. You can read about this when you look it up on Ebay. Ladies used to be able to sell it there and due to health code laws, they found out it is illegal.
One of the reasons is due to clothing stores. Most items you can return with no problem but not panties once the package is opened. They can not resell them to consumers for health code reasons.
I don't care how many people do it, that is the law here. Lots of these sites get away with it because you signed a contract that if you break the law, they can not be held responsible. So they get to profit while you take all the risk.
Once upon a time sites like Rent-a-boy had all kinds of sex for money ads. Way to many thought because it is online for years, didn't really hear about bust. UNTIL the U.S. gov finally got around to busting them. Now the owner had all his money seized & now in jail. He operated & made millions for over a decade.
yea it is illegal and most guys seem to expect to get them for cheap. if you don't have an online following you won't even get anyone wanting to buy them for a decent price. hell, i'm a camgirl and guys still only offer me $30 on average (or less). shipping is a pain in the ass, they can see what city you ship from, and the panties themselves cost around half of that. all that for the cost of a lap dance at best? you'd be lucky to even sell 1 pair anyways.
i've had lots of vanilla friends ask me about selling panties for some reason..? i guess girls hear about it and figure it sounds like easy money. but it's really not. you have to be well-known by other means OR sometimes you can score a guy who will pay big $ for them at the strip club in person. that's about it. you're unlikely to go to jail or anything it's just pointless to try..

Selling panties is an legal US grey area and you should consult an attorney before selling. You must weigh both the pros and cons when becoming a US panty seller. You have to become apart the panty community and you must earn their trust panty by panty before building your loyal clientele. So, process at your own risk, know the laws, and watch your back.
Wolves may lurk in every guise / Now as then, 'tis simple truth / Sweetest tongue has sharpest tooth.

It isn't the police or the mail service you have to worry about so much. But the jerk who wants to fuck you over after buying your panties calling the cops or Feds on you. He wont get in any legal trouble for buying them, just you for selling them. They can use the justice system to get your real information.
Which also means he gets all of his money back too.
So if one buyer who is buying more & more from you, while demanding to know more & more about your personal life. Those are the ones you should worry about.
Keep in mind, every transaction is proof & each pair has your DNA on it. Hard to disprove anything on your part.
I look at it this way, there are so many ways to make money in this industry. Why risk it for $20 to $100 for a pair of panties. Even if you sell like 50 pairs a month at a profit margin of $20 each, will that cover the cost of a lawyer if just ONE client turns EVIL?
Nor would I ever give advice on how to get around the law. I know that I come off as a hard ass on this subject. While many argue that you won't get caught. Why even take the risk when you can put the time & energy into many different legal ways to earn a living.
Lots of the companies have it in their TOS that it is up to you to know & obey all the local laws in your area. They have a legal out & are NOT going to spend money on lawyer to fight it if you are charged with any crime. Companies will make thousands to millions of dollars, they spent money to legally cover their asses. This does NOT cover yours.
In England it is legal and a few other countries. Here is it a Federal Felony.

Yeah. I remember when a lot of MFC girls were selling panties for 600 tokens (That's $30 in their pocket). But maybe they got them for a good price, such as the Victoria's Secret 5 for $25 (or $26) panty deal, and maybe they spent hardly anything to mail them out. Last time I sold panties, I charged the guy 1,000 tokens ($50 in my pocket), wrapped them up, and mailed them myself in a manila envelope (I didn't bother making a trip to the post office). That was some years ago though. I haven't sold panties in a while, and I don't really advertise it. The whole "The guy having your DNA" argument kinda creeped me out. Lol.
And yeah, it's hard to find guys who will actually pay the amount you require for panties, custom videos, etc. These guys think you're gonna do all that shit for them for like $10 or some shit.

Here's a nice little Inspo article I found from a while backI'd say the going rate is $30-50 a pop! No need for expensive lacy VS panties the guys could care less they just want that "perfume" or some "caviar" in the back as well
But if you plan to do meet ups and the dude wants anything extra like to take your panties off tell them it's $X more per add on. Same goes for whatever your limit of wearing the same panties back to back. It's a hustle just like anything else. Not easy but you can do it pfttttt. Here's also a link () to some articles of undergarments for $1 a piece! so buying like 50 pairs of socks/panties for $1 and charge $30-50 get's you around a nice whopping 1.5k
WOO BOY make me want to get my panty selling game on!

Speaking of DNA.....
I just watched that old episode of Law and Order SVU where a woman took a man's pants (and his used condom), containing his DNA, and set him up for murder.

Can you elaborate on the DNA part bothering you?
My thought...I know for a fact the Postal Service checks packages in my region very carefully (contraband is common in the mail here) so I'm too terrified of getting in trouble for mailing underwear of all things. That's just my feelings though...I am super square but I have my reasons.

Read my previous post above. That SVU rerun certainly didn't help matters any.Knowing my shitty-ass luck, my panties would be the ones to wind up as evidence in a crime scene. Lmao.
In addition to what I've read on this forum in the past about how so and so got busted for selling her dirty panties (An article link was posted in one of these SW threads...I don't feel like looking for it).

I'm glad I read this thread bc as a stripper years ago I did this for extra side cash when it was slow & worked but I didn't know it was illegal. I'd def come up with other ways to make money than risk my freedom just sayin.

I appreciate this thread. I was planning on selling panties since I have been asked. I had no idea it was illegal....I knew it was somehow "wrong" but I don't want to risk my damn freedom .
And them having your DNA is a great thing to remember....I just finished watching the recent season of Black Mirror, and that first episode makes me scared to even blow my nose and throw the tissue away lol

It is legal in England & a few other countries, just not the U.S. Where it is a Federal Felony & $1000 fine and up to 1 year in jail per pair. Since all sells can be tracked due to being paid for online.
One customer who decides that he wants your real information or his money back is all it takes to fuck you over. I don't trust customers not to become obsessed & dangerous.
It isn't the mail delivery guy you have to worry about catching you but a customer turning evil. Then the U.S. Postal laws of transporting hazardous material can be used against you. Also Federal Laws for the Garment industry in not selling panties that have been worn before.
I used to work in retail which the U.S. Feds have strict laws about taking back & reselling of under garments.

Wow, I didn't know it was illegal in the US! Lots of girls on MFC and Chaturbate sell worn panties. You learn something new every day!
Hello, everyone! So, as I mentioned in previous posts, I will have to quit camming very soon because I'm going to uni abroad in September and I won't be able to cam from dorms but, considering my budget, dorms are the only option. However, I've been considering other alternatives, including panty selling. I have never done it before and in my country I can't just put a fake name on the parcel or skip return adress. However, I'll be moving to UK, so I thought maybe some UK people could help me out. How can I hide my adress and my real name from buyers? Which is the most decent site site for selling panties? Or maybe I should fly solo and do it on my own site (I don't have it yet)? Do I have to register as self employed? And when do I pay my taxes? I don't want my customers and followers to go to waste just like that, so I thought maybe some of them would be convertable to panty buyers. Also, I could always use some extra cash in my uni years. Thanks!![]()

I'm not based in the UK, but I'm an American in Eastern Europe. Since you'll have a student visa, you might legally be allowed to work part-time (you'll have to check your specific type of visa). But it's really common for people abroad to not register as self-employed or report their business earnings, if they are already reporting them in their home country. If you're an American, you're likely already working for American sites, not UK sites. Also, some UK cam sites are getting rid of American camgirls because of FOSTA/SESTA. I personally wouldn't worry about reporting your camming in the UK, just don't announce that you're doing it.
I'd also be curious about shipping things. International shipping is most likely out of the question because you'd have to declare what is in the package, plus it's pricy. You could sell panties in person via adult websites, but that comes with its own risks.
I'm not an American, just a simple European girl, so I don't need Visa and I can work full time.
Selling in person seems like a better option to get away with it but also scary. I don't want to get assaulted in any way. Also, girls in previous posts, talking about DNA made me slightly uncomfortable. Even though it's legal in UK, I wouldn't want to have some creep finding out, who I am by a DNA test.

I would be VERY careful with doing that in person UNLESS you are a stripper for legality reasons being. Also, I'd be careful of the men whom you are meeting to sell those to in person, lots of weirdos & you never know what their really up to. Please be careful love.

Hello. I just started selling on PantyDeal.com. Yes you do pay $19/month however I've made over $300 my first week. I also get a lot of traffic to sell videos, chat, and intro my cam persona. Totally worth it IMO. I just signed up for SofiaGray.com. So far - nothing!
