    Default Anti-aging products and procedures

would you get them? What do you use to stay young looking?

Personally, I think aging is the worst thing that can happen to someone. I am 29, and apart from a dent between my eyebrows ( which has always been there) I don't have any wrinkles. I started using retinol when I was 25. Some people might think that's paranoid and vain of me, but the way I see it: you need it before you need it.

In the future I will definitely be getting botox and fillers, but I think I would draw the line at a facelift.

how about you? what have you done to keep yourself looking fresh? what would you recommend?

I do prevention. Up to 90% of signs of aging skin are due to uv damage so I get a GOOD ewg-approved sunscreen and wear that sucker every fucking day rain or shine. And re apply every two hours. Get the neck and chest too. And wear a hat in the summer on top of that.
Loads of moisturizing and no processed white sugar along w a great diet.

When I start getting wrinkly I'll do fillers, red ligh therapy, and lasers. Botox makes me kinda nervous though like it's literally a toxin freezing your muscles but to each their own.

This's kind of a goof for me, cause y'all are so young.
I use a product from a website, Elizabeth Arden, & a face firmer tool I mentioned earlier.

    Products I use:

    - SUNSCREEN every damn day (bring it with you but don't leave it in the sun or heat)
    - Gentle salicylic acid cleanser, gentle Cerave moisturizer
    - Avocado oil as a deep moisturizer
    - Tretinoin cream every night except after peels
    - Vitamin C serum every morning before moisturizer
    - Lactic acid peel ~every other week (lightens spots, brightens, moisturizes)
    - Beta hydroxy serum ~ 1-2x/week (targets build up within pores)
    - Glycolic acid peel ~1x/month (good for sun spots and fine lines)

I've also gotten Juvederm for my lips/smile lines, Voluma in my cheeks (gonna just go get a fat transfer... I have a long face), and tried Botox but since I'm still young the difference was pretty negligible.

Just a bit of filler in the lips/lines/cheeks actually made a huge difference so I found it was worth the money. People think I'm 4-7 years younger than I am. Oddly enough the age they guess is the same age people thought I was when I was 18-19, so I guess I'm doing something right.

I agree with rabbit. I found a diet plan which works for me, best thing you can do not to lose too much weight or gain too much!
Things I do or want to do to prevent:
    1) good skincare( la prerie, nuxe, la roche pose)
    2) healthy diet, drink enough water, sport, stress management, enough sleep.
    3) cryo therapy, cranial sacral therapy, massage, acupuncture, even considering leech therapy.
but no to fillers, botox. Mainstream never works for me.

I use a Neutrogena ultra wrinkle repair serum that works really well, work out, avoid prolonged sun exposure, drink a ton of lemon water, and get good sleep. And I was doing botox for my 11s between my brows, but had to switch to Xeomin. But I do not overdo it. Less is more.

Lovey Dovey has almost the same regimen as me, however I really want to start doing anti-aging injections (like vitamins and shit).

^^ I also eat a very healthy diet, lots of salads, and take vitamins. But I haven't injected vitamins though.

I drink tons of water. Wash my face once a day, cuz more than that is too drying. I sometimes wash my face with coconut oil. Just slather it on, then take a warm cloth and wipe off. I tone my face with a mixture of acv and water, then apply more coconut oil or olive oil as my moisturizer. No expensive face creams and I feel I don't even need to wear foundation. I put acv in my water and smoothies and find it makes my skin look clear and healthy. Oh yeah lots of vitamins too

Rosehip tea. Drink it and slather the bag all over your face. It tightens the shit out of it. Also, drinking it helps slow aging.

If you go to the beach, go early in the morning til 12pm. Check online how the uv rays are gonna be during the day.

My Botox is $600 in as many areas that I want. And it lasts 9 months. I've been going to the same doctor for 13 years. I'm overdue. I haven't gotten it in a year and 8 months.

Yeah, I did botox for the first time a week ago and now honestly I wonder why it freaked me out so much. I just did under eyes and crows feet because I wear bangs and meh, on the forehead. Made a HUGE difference, I'm a believer now.
I also get lip fillers and had my marrionette lines filled three years ago, still going strong, though I get my lips done every year.
I get monthly facials including epiblading and also get micro needling every few months.
On the daily I use a retinol cream and Lamer moisturizer.

the nice thing about lip fillers is that they seem to last a loooong time, I get mine redone yearly on my birthday because I have a 42 year old ex smoker mouth and the outside line starts need a bit of touching up at that point, but I swear I could go two years and be fine. But I know thats a person by person thing
