When you get a lap dance from a dancer and it costs let say 30 dollars, does she get the whole 30 or does the club get a piece?

Depends on the club. Some take a cut of dances/VIP rooms and charge lower house fees while others charge high house fees but dancers keep all dance money
“Cook for him like a housewife, fuck him good like a nympho….pay the rent and the car note, he invests in me like crypto”

It depends on the particular club, but mostly yes the club get a cut of ea dance..also there's additional house fees, tip outs to bouncers, house mom, VIP host/ess, (if they have them), DJ, sometimes fines (for being late, leaving early etc.)
All comes out of dancer earnings, again depending on the club some may not have all those fees, the house fee & dance cut are pretty much standard

Also if you want to make sure your dancer gets a fair share for her time, you can always add a tip. It's the easiest way to go from "just another guy" to "favorite customer".

Every club gets a piece of the pie. Only difference is, each club does their way different then others.

It's probably about 20% - 50% that the club takes depending . If you are shocked a club sometimes can take 50% .... believe me .... we are too. ;/

This is why we ask for tips.

I think some clubs take advantage of dancers by what they take out and hefty fines they impose on dancers for the slightest violation of rules. At one club a VIP manager made me feel cheap for only giving the dancer a $50 tip for a VIP, so he persuaded me to give her a $100 tip. I had already given him a $100 tip for the VIP. When the dancer told me the guy took the $100 tip I gave her and kept it for himself I decided to never visit that club again. Some clubs take their fair share, but others from what I observe seem to take way too much money away from the dancer to the point it seems like the dancers who work there are just being taken advantage of by the club.
