    Default Reading Full Police Reports

Where does one get access to these? Generally the county courthouses to my understanding. I'd like to remain vigilant by reading police reports on past escort arrests to see how LE operated from start to finish...

That is why they are not generally public.

Well, I tried to access some, not really reports but they were called & it was a bunch of bs..I went down there they have an admin office so that's where I was directed. Pretty much stonewalled @ that point
They're not gonna give anything out to enlighten anyone.
I see in local news they have a police blotter section, where they name names & give a brief description of crime, that's about it.

A LOT of news articles on busts give out helpful info on how a sting is staged or what led to the arrests. Google articles. I also know in big cities you can sit in during court hearings & see Undercover officers testify.

Actually it's public information unless it's been sealed/expunged. Records are generally only sealed if there was a minor involved, and records can be expunged if a plea deal is made that includes deferred adjudication.

It may not be easy to find where to get these records depending on the jurisdiction, and you'll have to pay for them, but they are available. I believe it's part of the Freedom for Information Act.

I used to paralegal and I had to obtain all kinds of records, including solicitation/prostitution. For my county, it required a trip to courthouse and filling out a request.

That would be pretty dangerous to the undercover people.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.

Most likely you have to subpoena the records. An attorney can do it, but a private citizen would require the imprimatur of a judge.

    This is probably typical.
