How often you need to do a full shower completely depends on your own body chemistry and how active you are. Unless you're working out or getting sweaty/dirty in some way (I have no idea how physically laborious your other job is), the majority of people do not need to shower every day beyond cleaning up their genitals and armpits. Many people like to because they like that fresh feeling and can personally tell the difference and dislike the feeling if they don't shower, but I guarantee you that most of the people around them can't tell unless they've been working up a sweat, didn't change their clothes, or have particularly strong body chemicals going on.
If you soap up a washcloth and tackle your pits, pussy, and underboob area, reapply deodorant, and change into fresh clothing, no one is gonna be able to tell in a hot and smelly club anyway unless your hair is hella greasy. Use dry shampoo for one filler day if you don't have the time to tackle the hair situation and desperately need to work, and then take care of it when you get home. I did that a lot when I was dancing and reached the hour in the day where I wasn't gonna have time to get it wet, dry it, and style it, but I needed to work that night. If you're cleaning up the most sensitive and smelly parts, you can pull off smelling good enough to work for a few hours. Most strippers use body spray anyway. Don't let it stop you from making money, unless you're clearly past the point where your hair is crying out for real shampoo lol
I'm pretty sedentary and almost never shower 2 days in a row, because fuck my hair. I have a ton of friends who don't shower every day - especially mom friends, as you mentioned. And no one has ever said anything to me. I think I've had to say something twice to a friend who regularly goes like 3-4 days without showering, because for some freak reason, she almost never smells despite her "bad" hygiene. Everyone is different, and if you can pull it off, don't forgo making money just because of time constraints.
The most important thing is how you feel though. If you're feeling dirty and greasy and it's making you feel unsexy or like other people can tell, then you'll be self-conscious and not be in as much of a money-making mode. That's the real deciding factor.
