    Default High-end hotels

I am in an awkward position where I working an upscale hotel bar/lounge is something I want to try. I live in a large city with quite a few 5 star hotels and a lot of international travelers. I would greatly appreciate any advice/input regarding techniques, especially approaches. Thread replies and PM's all very much welcome. Thank you ladies.

Yes. I did a search and scanned through postings. I haven't read every single post+threads on the board. I wouldn't be posting this question otherwise.

I worked in Atlanta for quite some time and I will tell you what I know. If you read this asked me specific questions. I worked for service and alone so I can tell you the story from both sides. It sounds like you want to work alone. First of all, the appearance that you give requires you to dress elegantly, not dirty sexy but elegant sophistication that gives off the vibrations of sex. You do not wear a skirt up to your hips but rather midthigh. A slip showing a little bit more on the side is okay. Do not wear high heels that a 4 inches high. Again look sophisticated not trampy and that means the minimal amount of makeup you can get away with. I never wore lipstick. The plunging neckline is out. You are not looking to pick up a guy, a guy must want to pick up you so as far as an approach goes, do not approach. If you give off the right vibrations, guys will come up to you. Those vibrations are you are hot, you are looking but you are expensive. Once again don't look trampy, look like a businesswoman who wants to get laid.
Guys will approach you. Don't act like you're hungry but rather friendly but distant and available. I try not to smile. I do not look the guy over but rather allow him to look at me,. Through his eyes seeing me naked. I will touch his arm in a warm friendly fashion. I caught the fish now I'm reeling him in. Let him know early that you work for a living. I basically tell him that, "I work for a living, I try to keep guys like you happy." He will know immediately and if he continues the conversation he is hooked. Working for a service he already knows prices. But if you are single escort just let them know that you're available but your expensive and it depends what he would like.
At high level hotels there is always a guy available. They are not going to be 30 rather 45 and up and they will be married. Act interested in his story whatever that is. These guys really want psychologists so be interested in what he has to say. You are his sexy female therapist that requires remuneration before you walk through his hotel room door.

Thank you for all the tips/advice. I've done some research and you touched on a great deal I've read, so I feel confident on those points.

What I'm unsure about most is, once I know he's interested (attracted) in me, how to transition from conversation to selling him without being obvious. I want to avoid saying anything that definitively identifies me as "workin."

In short, wording and language suggestions?

Mishi pretty much hit the nail on the head. But I want to say that it is always important to err on the side of caution. Free style is very risky. Do not frequent these same places over & over again, because they have cameras everywhere & eventually they will catch on. Once they do, they will likely ban you from their hotel grounds & any other hotel that chain may own. So try to rotate between different hotels several times a week to not drawl too much attention to yourself. Also it's important to leave the hotel one you finish up with one client. One thing you are ensuring him is discretion.

excellent addition explanation. Thank you, OHITSRIRI! Violet there are many ways to transition all of them uncomfortable (at least for me). My best line is, "you are really hot" or "you make me wet" (I prefer really hot but that depends on the intensity of the conversation)- "but I have expenses." I love that one – "I have expenses" clearly identifies you but is very indiscreet.it also implies frailty, a neediness, you are not rich, you need money. That brings out the guy's desire to help. He gets on his white horse and not only wants to have sex but help you out too. I do not use that line aggressively but rather apologetically.
"I have expenses and I'm working my way through college. I have to pay my own way.."
"I have expenses but let's see what we can work out--- (yeah right!)
"Unfortunately honey bunny I'm not free because I have expenses."
"Oh God what we could do together but unfortunately I have expenses."
"I think we are driving each other crazy talking like this..."

The other line... "I sure hope you can afford me" work that in with the above or "because I want you so much." Or something like that.

    The other line

Just try it . I've sold massage / body rub sessions just sitting at the bar drinking diet cokes.
The eyes definitely are key. You need to get the " come over " thing down without being way too obvious.

I live in Houston and from what I've seen personally (from my days as an oil/gas professional), the 5 stsr hotels seem to have a pretty comfortable relationship with escorts. I would never be so arrogant as to forego appropriate caution, but LE here seems to be blind to such places. If anyone is familiar with Houston:
    1) Hotel Derek
    2) St. Regis
    3) Zsa Zsa
    4) Four Seasons
    5) Hotel Icon

So, I'm not referring to Omni or Hyatt...

^ Agreed. I always find it funny sometimes when people are like " no, you can't do this, because you can't be OBVIOUS " but there are SO MANY " unmatched " ( i.e. much younger sugar babies with their patrons ect. ) in these establishments that no one actually notices at all. The hotel staff is NOT going to quiz you about what you are up to unless you are really visiting over and over and over or just being really indiscrete.

Another tip is that business travelers are TIRED so even if they are not at their hotels ( they may sneak out especially if traveling with work crew ), they are so often NEARBY at the upscale restaurants and bars right next to their hotels.

I was thinking all of these withe exception of Hotel Derek. Derek has a pretty well known reputation for working girls, and there are stings there from time to time. Also, I don't like that using the elevator requires a room card.

Thank you for this, especially Mishi! I'm ready to start freestyling but have been a bit unsure about what to say once I've got their attention. Although, all of my heels are at least 4 inches. Even my thin soled stiletto pumps.

What about upscale lounges? Obviously dress classy and appropriate, but should that look also lean more towards business? And is there a best time for lounges versus hotels?

I appreciate the complements but I must admit I am not the world authority on this. All I can give you is my opinion. First of all your high heel shoes at 4 inches must be changed. They are an alert to hotel security and frighten off customers. Next working a lounge is tough. Yes more businessmen, and I believe that a lounge attracts men earlier. The vast majority of businessmen and they need relief and need to go to sleep for the next day. Hotels work later at night let's say starting at 10 o'clock. I'm giving you my opinion not the gospel.

^^ I totally get it. And I agree that everyone's mileage may vary. There's a degree of improve required and that does make it fun and a break from the normal online initial interactions. It's just nice to hear from others who have done it and from there I can make my own game plan of sorts. Now I just have to talk someone into getting me some "work appropriate" heels lol. I threw all mine out when I came back to school. It's either flats or high heels and nothing in between, but I understand what you're saying.

Use flats with the school girl look like college to get enough money for shoes. When I looked young (not anymore) I use the school girl look

So this is great advice but I have two questions.
    1. With this method of getting clients is screening pretty much out the window? (Just what it seems like to me)
    2. Say a guy comes up to you, you let him know "you're not free " or "you're expensive" and he turns you down. Should you discreetly leave before he notifies hotel staff? If you suspect he does if he was freaked out by your statement etc...

"Screening" means you're working for 50% of what the going rate is and that some Schmuck's taking half your money. Next, I never said the telling a trick that you not free. If you inferred that it is my fault, sorry. I said to tell him you have expenses. I have expenses put oil in my car, I buy under arm deodorant, Kotex Tampax – I never told him I was going to charge him for sex. I just told him I have expenses." Next, he approached you; you are this sweet innocent woman trying to get a drink and a guy is disturbing you. What the fuck – who wanted him near me anyway!. I want him arrested for molesting me. Next, no guy is going to approach a woman obviously for sex and then have the balls to tell hotel staff that he approached a woman. That's why I started the whole conversation saying you never approach the guy. Forget having the balls no guy has the brains to think on his feet that quickly to turn the whole thing around and try to grab you in any way shape or form including notifying the hotel staff. "If you are notify the hotel staff, I think I should notify your wife or your employer. Isn't the IBM convention taking place here?" We're the ones who are quick in the cerebral cortex. The guy is some John with more blood in his penis then in his brain.
Next, never run it makes you look guilty. Haven't you seen enough TV cop shows where the guy starts running and everybody on NCIS starts running after him? Hold your ground, you are at the lounge to have a drink and that's it. There is no discrete way to exit so don't look for one.
Next, your assumption that some guy totally innocent, maybe the Virgin Marky is going to come up to you trying to pick you up, totally unaware that ladies of the night exist and is going to be so freaked out finding out that you are not Lois Lane, that he finds it within his moral soul to notify authorities in the lounge, the hotel, the restaurant etc; that assumption is incorrect. Don't draw attention to yourself. But if the guy that would report you was initially hotel security and you failed to recognize that he was. It takes only a little bit of experience to figure out who was Wyatt Earp and who isn't.
AND FINALLY, TRUST YOUR GUT. NEVER CONTINUE INTO ANY SITUATION THAT "SMELLS BAD" FOR ANY REASON ESPECIALLY SAFETY.

Hmmm interesting. I have never hired an escort before, but out of curiosity is this something a guy can do at hotel without finding her online first? Some guys are uncomfortable meeting girls online and prefer meeting girls face to face say at a strip club for example. I assumed all escorts work online now and I just prefer strip clubs because too shy to meet a stranger online.

So if a guy went to a random upscale hotel in say Chicago area or a Casino / Hotel and he saw pretty women at the bar he might have a pretty good chance of picking up an escort? How would he know she works out of the hotel without saying anything that could offend the woman or get him in trouble if he happens to approach a woman who is not an escort? What would be signs to look for and language the guy would use?

The advantage of the strip club is usually the worse that will happen to a guy that approaches the wrong dancer is he will just be ignored all night or at worst kicked out of the club which in reality is just a "slap on the wrist" compared to what can happen to him if he engages in this behavior outside the club. So engaging in this behavior in any other place besides a strip club like a hotel is more risky and the guy would have to be a lot more careful with his approach. I have heard of sting operations at hotels where female officers pose as escorts but I have never heard of a sting operation at a strip club where female officers pose as dancers.

Just asking out of curiosity. I have never seen an escort and probably never will. If I did one day hire an escort it would be for the same thing as I hire OTC strippers for Dinner & Movies or private dances in hotel rooms( legal activities), but still if the escort happened be a cop even though I was asking her to do something that wasn't breaking the law I still would see there being a risk in getting in trouble anyway. My only adventures have been at strip clubs and with strippers OTC.

Read this post carefully. This poor guy seems to know everything about everything and then claims he knows nothing about nothing. If perhaps he met, how would the poor guy know etc. this is Wyatt Earp at his finest be where of the police

Sounds like a great way to get: busted, banned/and/or thrown out of said hotel(s). Mid thigh skirt? All kinds of nope.
But hey go for it if you're that brave/foolhardy.
    Best of luck
