Default working out and everyday life

    1. What kind of work out yall do.

    2. What your schedule and how much time you put in?

    3. Is it best to loose some sleep? If so how do you continue working you days of work or even school without loosing energy?

I have energy issues plus I have mental issues so it don't help.

I'm really bad at sticking to a schedule and no I won't lose no sleep over working out or anything for that matter lmao.. but when I do go I do stair master for as long as I can , glutes (butt pusher machine lol) , and finish with as many crunches as I can do - usually 100 at a time times 4.

I highly recommend anyone in this industry work out a minimum of 4 times a week. I have worked out since I was 14 so it is basically second nature to me but I usually do weight training at the gym, then about 30-45 minutes of cardio after weights. I also do Yoga about 2x a month and go on bike rides about 3-4 times a month. I really should do more Yoga and now that I am home again should start going regularly.

I want to get to the point where my schedule is regular enough so that I can have a workout schedule and go everyday. But right now that isn't an option for me til next year. The goal would be lifting, which I love, and focus on a different body part each day of the week.

As for "motivating" myself, a combo of green tea supplements, vegan nutrient/protein powder, and jack3d seem to do the trick. Also iced water (everyone talks shit about this but I can't drink room temp) and eating a large serving of vegetables each day. That combo energizes me.

Find something you love doing, that you find relaxing, etc. for me, it's a brisk walk for an hour everyday w my iPod. I've always loved it and it isn't a chore so I do it daily! I try and do some weight training a couple days a week too with free weights. Some people love yoga or dancing or Pilates or crossfit , etc. a lot of times it's good to have a work out buddy or encourager of some sort too.
But no, don't lose too much sleep cause that'll backfire and stall weight loss or getting fit in general. Sleep is very important.

I do weights 3x a week currently, for about an hour to 1 1/2 hours. I find with how demanding stage is here doing a full body workout makes much more sense than trying to do a body part split.

I've been going to the gym for years so it's just become a habit to me. Sometimes the days I feel most like not going end up being excellent workouts by the end, so I just drink preworkout and go.

Having a 24hr gym helps a lot. My schedule changes frequently. On days off or days work starts late I like to go right after breakfast, but on days with long work shifts I'll go after. Sometimes I can end up a little short on sleep because of this but I make sure to catch up by getting naps in where I can, and making sure that it's not something I do consistently. Missing an hour or two every once in a while is fine, but depriving yourself on a regular basis can cause a lot of health problems.

I don't have a set schedule, but I make sure I work out 5-6 times a week. I do cardio everyone of those days (usually the 6th day is moderate walking to give myself a break) and lift weights every other time. I NEVER go without sleep even to allow myself work out. Trust me, having a good nights sleep is WAY more important than squeezing in a workout. Your body needs time to rest. And at least for me, if I skimp on sleep, I crave sweets and junk like crazy, and even if I do workout, the workout just doesn't feel as effective. If you are plain exhausted one day, I recommend eating well and sleeping instead of forcing yourself to work out.

I like flexibility when it comes to work out combined with camming. If I have been camming that night, next day I will do something easy like swimming or going out for a walk. If I've been doing my usual morning / afternoon shifts I will tend to go to the gym to do some serious cardio combined with pilates.

I will NEVER ever work out if I am feeling really sleepy or if I haven't slept well because that will damage your skin and you will end up looking even more tired.

So I basically do some mild weight lift plus pilates for muscles and I run for cardio or walk/ swim on sleepy days.

I have energy issues plus I have mental issues so it don't help.
    1. I mostly do rebounding, (jumping and running on a mini trampoline). I only need to do 20 minutes of it and it is the equivalent of a 1 hour run. It is a full body, low impact workout that tones up your core, glutes and legs. It transforms those areas very quickly. I have tried every kind of exercise eg. power yoga, bikram yoga, power of 10, PX90, running, aerobics, zumba, cycling, etc. and rebounding hands down is the most effective, fun and efficient out of all the others I have tried. It is the only exercise that rebuilds bone and pumps the lymphatic system so that your body can get rid of toxins. Most people get sick and fat because their lymphatic system is stagnant.

    2. I try to rebound every day but you can get by with 3-5 days a week. Also, if you don't want to do long stretches of rebounding, you can also just do 5 minutes here and there throughout the day. Better than redbull for an energy boost.

    3. Sleep is important but it's not the amount of sleep. It's the quality. There is an optimal amount of sleep you need and everyone is different. I find that when I do rebounding I have WAY more energy throughout the day and I get really good quality sleep. I thrive on 6-7 hours of sleep. Any less and I'm tired, any more and I'm sluggish. Some find it helpful to get blackout curtains and use the flux app on their digital devices and computer.

Working out is supposed to be energizing, if you want to workout regularly you have to make sure you're eating and sleeping enough so your body can cope with the added physical stress. Even with myself, I never get sick but if I'm working out and not eating right or not sleeping enough I notice I will catch a cold.

I work out almost every day but it's a pretty short workout. It messes my schedule up if I just try and devote a few specific days to long workouts. Sometimes you go to workout and just are not feeling it, which sucks if that happens to be on a day where you have scheduled your serious workout.

I try to make it to the gym for at least an hr per day but if I can't I go jogging with my pit bulls. I use a tandem jogging leash for them.

I have the Leaps and Rebounds one. It is a bungee cord one that I upgraded from the $40 kids rebounder that I used to have. They both work but the Leaps and Rebounds one is so much nicer to jump on.
